I called JustFlowers and ordered flowers for a funeral.  The flowers were not confirmed delivered.  I was told I would get email confirmation-never got one until after the funeral and they still say they are investigating whether flowers were delivered.  I called the day before the funeral and that is when investigation began.  Today, day of funeral, the rep would not give me the florist name-I had called the only two florists in the town where the funeral was, and they had gotten no calls from JustFlowers for delivery.  I called furious with the agent for not calling me back within the hour promised the day before, they refused to give me the CEO- both situations against company policy.  I did find out the name of the CEO, Shane Garrett of Los Angeles.  He does not answer his phone.  Woman's name on his voice mail.  The company refused to make things right.  Do not trust these people to give you the price quoted.  I am on disability and told the rep I could not afford more than $54 overall and he never mentioned an additional $16.98 for delivery.  My total came to 71.97 and I don't think my flowers were ever delivered.  The company is too secretive about the situation to believe otherwise.  Scam alert!!!!!JustFlowers-Scam alert!!!JustFlowers-Scam alert!!!!  Unbelieveably poor service from employees!!!
