just in time communications , WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! ALL THEY DO IS LIE CHEAT AND STEAL DO NOT TRUST!!! upland, California

 Got a call from this guy called ed he said he worked for direct tv told me how wonderful it was ! he said he could give me a free box,dish, etc never heard anything back called got no answer left a message got no response. Two months later this crazy guy shows up ( i think he was on drugs ) telling me i need to pay him 300.00$ to get everything hooked up i said no way then he stared screaming at me to pay for his gas i told him to call direct tv and locked the door an hour later he comes back saying its only 200.00$ then 150$. Got him down 79$ before i just gave in.couple months go by and i look at my credit card statement like 600$ had been charged i looked up the name and this is what i found!!!so be care full!!!!

 Our company is a top rated dealer for DirecTV service. We have been in business for over 17 years and have an excellent record of service and customer satisfaction.  This claim is false in every way, we do not do any work without a written estimate and full payment received prior to installation. This is our company policy that we do not make exceptions in any circumstance. This claim could not have happened, and did not happen.

We sell service to Business, Hospitality Industry, and select Multiple Dwelling Unit Residential Properties. This claim seems to be based on a personal home account. We seldom install residential accounts for our existing business customers, these accounts are installed complimentary. 

If this customer was accosted by a rouge installer using our company name as a reference we need to know immediately to file legal recourse against this individual.

Please disregard this false report, it is false in every way.
