Ordered according to their listed part# for year of vehicle.Shocks/struts arrived in boxes taped together.No padding and damaged.Strut housings sticking out of side of boxes. Parts didn't fit vehicle as advertised. Verified through local parts store that this was fact.
After several phone calls and heated discussions, they agreed in an email for a full refund.Fedex'ed the parts back.Once they received them,they said they were charging a 25% restocking fee plus a rebox fee.
They were sent back in exactly the condition i received them in.The rep advised that they couldn't rebox and sell them as new because KYB wouldn't allow it.I asked him about the rebox fee..how was it a valid charge?? .....no reply.
These folks are rude when dealing with them!! I had called and spoke to a lady in the front office in the beginning and she actually laughed at me....like it was so funny that i had this issue.
It's been almost 4 weeks and still no refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. After some research, they have had 4 BBB complaints against them in the last 6 months...and numerous other complaints as well.
