This company is super shady. It is another Indian company that promises the sky and delivers nothing. I puchased two tickets for my wife and daughter and needed to change the flights to a different destination. I purchased thier travel insurence for this very eventuallity. All they do is to block me and tell me that the only thing I cna do is pay them $200 per ticket to mearly postpone the ticket for 6 months but, the details must be exactly the same. The depature city, arrival city, airlines, pasongers and everything must be the same. I don't mind paying a fee to change the destination or getting a voucher for later use or only a partial refund; however, I should be able to get something back from this. These people are the worst. Never use them.
