Several dubious business practices going on here, including collecting user email and contact info -- and then requiring payment to JustAnswer before letting you see or use any part of the site; claims of experts but no verification; failure to provide any mechanism to delete the account; misleading language.

Sorry, there is a verification process that every expert has to go through and be varified by a third party company. I think that more of a scam would be to go to a mechanic for something simple and pay a bunch of money where at just answer dot com, you can have your answer for as little as $9
