Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

As justanswer comes up on the HP web page, asked the question as why I was getting error messages from HP, forwarded to microsoft,. Still getting error messages and got no answer from either justanswer or HP. At least I did not get sucked in to paying HP, but got same answer. NONE.
