I used the service once and did not get a satisfactory answer, paid AU$27.00. I have just checked my credit card statement and have again been charged AU$27.00. It appears that I will be charged monthly for a service I don't want, use, or find satisfactory. I'm trying to find a way to cancel any accidental subscription I may have implied, so if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Heather West Australia
