Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Emily Su-lan Reber Porter, J.D., (Harvard Law School), is the Director of Expert Quality.
Quality is key at JustAnswer they say.  "Our Expert Quality team is focused on the quality of Experts and their
answers to customers on the site." Really. Well I am sorry Ms. Porter, that even though you have a JD from Harvard you have minus zero understanding of any category that deals with psychological issues. You have one so-called Expert who violates the Hippocratic Oath  by interfering in customer's therapy sessions.

 Question after question is answered by Kate McCoy showing her violations of interfering with the person's therapy - discussing numerous therapy sessions with the customer, instead of telling the customer to deal with these issues in her therapy OR if Ms. McCoy thinks the therapist is incompetent then draw the customer away and find some other therapist. Ms. McCoy is behaving unethically. really, you are a lawyer and you are monitoring the quality of expert's answers and you allow Kate McCoy to violate the ethics of the mental health profession.

And furthermore, you have a category - JustAnswer.Psychoanalysts. Really! How many of your experts are licensed psychoanalysts? Most of your experts in mental health have only a master's degree in social work or counseling. Yes, you have some people who are very well qualified but most of your experts are not. And in the Agony Aunt category you have a computer person, a car mechanic answering people's questions about psychological matters. Really --- you watch over quality? That's watching over quality. You have secret shoppers - what are the expert qualifications of your secret shoppers. They would know if an answer is correct or not if they are not in the field. Really! What a scam. Be careful of AGONY AUNT customers. A computer person or a car mechanic will help you with your child problems or marital problems. If you do go to AGONY AUNT before you pose your question check out the experts credentils --- their profile. Some have excellent credentials. By all means don't get a car mechanic or a computer person answering psychological questions.

 Yeah, Ms. Porder, you are " you focused on the quality of Experts and their answers to customers on the site." Yeah, sure --- give me a break. What a Scam!
