At first, I was offered unlimited service upload and download, and several months later in Septermber 2013, they sent me an email that I'm violating the rule they just made up and the account and files will be deleted within 30 days. And they forced me to upgrade to a business plan for more money. I called them and they can't do anything about it. The time I spent for trouble shooting this crippled backup software (did not backup for several months too!) and extra option charges I paid were gone!!!
JustCloud I was offered unlimited service upload and download and as the months went by I things changed no more videos and pictures it was limited and now they are forcing me to upgrade to a business plan for more money even though they said I was in violation of some crap they made up!
