I ordered funeral flowers from JustFlowers.com. Four items were ordered, two were delivered but one item was not what I ordered. The banner read Beloved Husband, the ribbon was blue and was not what I ordered as it was suppose to be Beloved Mother on one and Beloved Daughter on the other item. Despite being from the same person, Me, they made each item an individual order. All orders were sent to 4 different florists despite the fact that they were the main display items and were suppose to look all the same. The big ticket items were two Spring Easel arrangements one to say Beloved Mother, the other one to say Beloved Daughter.

When the easel arrived, it wasn't the Spring Easel item that I ordered and had the wrong ribbon on it. Blue is for boys and my husband is not dead. The flowers weren't even close to what I had ordered. Two of my items were not delivered at all. I tried speaking on the phone with them. During a difficult time, were we had to set up for the funeral, I spent over an hour trying to communicate with the online business. When my husband told the florist who delivered the easel that it was not what we ordered and that the ribbon was wrong, he was told to drive to his store to pick up a new ribbon. Basically, fix it yourself.

The other two items never arrived. Since I used my husband's credit card to purchase my order, I turned it over to him. He had several conversations with JustFlowers.com. During one such conversation he was basically called a liar and told all items were delivered. He later discovered that he had received two emails saying sorry we didnt deliver these two items, can we get a residential address so we can deliver them. What a freaking joke! These were main display items for the funeral.

A funeral is the last loving thing you will ever do for your dead loved one. You only get one shot at it. There are no do overs. Thanks JustFlowers.com for messing it up for us.

I have pictures of the easel that was delivered which was not done right. We also have the two emails showing failure to deliver. When I placed the order, the guy kept saying, it was a big order. I had no idea really that he was making each item it's own order and that they would then be farmed out to different florists. They were all suppose to match each other. I also repeatedly kept saying Beloved Mother and Beloved Daughter for the ribbons/banners for the easels. Also, I asked specifically for the table spray and vase arrangement to have pink roses, blue irises and lilies and that they were to match with the two identical easels. The flowers shown in the picture online for the spring easel included those three flower types but what I received didnt even have irises in them and in fact looked nothing like the picture on the website which I used to order the easels from.

You guys had around at least 2 weeks to fill this order. This wasn't a rush or express order. I had to do this for my own sister's funeral years ago and the florist had 5 days to do twice as much arrangements as I ordered from you. Also, I asked specifically to have my order (orders) delivered the morning of the funeral between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. The flowers that were delivered showed up the night before the funeral. I did this as it was being delivered to a secure location, were you have to have a key to get in. I wanted to be there myself when the flowers arrived so that the gate would be open. I was assured that my flowers would arrive between those times and on the morning of the funeral.

Again, thank you JustFlowers.com for messing up this very important, once in a lifetime event that can not be done again. As I said before, a funeral is the last loving act that you will ever do for a dead loved one and there are no do overs.

*Note - Special instructions: deliver at the ballroom, the main bldg., the address is not a funeral home, but the memorial service will be at this address, deliver before 10 am.  Under additional comments Regarding your order, paragraph 9 as provide by JustFlowers.com, Funerals: These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family, If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will look it up for you. We normally contact the funeral home anyway to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery.

Ok, so from November 30th, 2012 to December 15th, 2012 there is 2 weeks for them to get these flowers done and delivered on time. If a local florist can do it for my sisters funeral and have twice as big an order as this one is, and do it in 5 days, then how come JustFlowers.com can't get it right and delivered on time? Also, why did the rep on the phone basically call my husband a liar when he said two items weren't delivered and that one of the ones we received was not what was ordered? And on top of that, how come my order was divided up into four separate and individual orders, sent out to four different florists? These were all suppose to match each other.

Adding insult to injury now this morning at 7:33 a.m. I am receiving calls from JustFlowers.com. They blew up my phone the last couple of days. If I didn't answer the call, they would hang up and dial again. I turned this over to my husband who is the credit card holder and whose card was used to pay for these items. I just chewed out the rep for calling me at this ungodly hour of the morning, but that didn't work because they are now blowing up my phone again. Seriously, I call this harrassment. You messed up the order, then you didn't send out all of the items, one of the two that were received was not as ordered and had the wrong ribbon and banner. You didn't handle my original complaint call the night before the funeral, put me on hold numerous times for extended and excessive lengths of time and basically flubbed up the whole thing.

Even worse is the fact that you did not use a "local florist" as we have at least two of them right here in our town. One of which is less than 1 mile from the funeral location. One of the florists you used, Buds and Blooms.com, was rude when they were told that the easel did not match the item purchased and that it had the wrong ribbon and banner color and that the message was totally wrong. My husband was told he was free to go to their florist shop and pick up a new one. Excuse me?!?

My feelings and thoughts upon seeing the easel was, "This looks like someone else's order. That it belonged to someone else." Additionally, my husband is not fing dead!!!!! So at a time when we lost one loved one, that banner proclaims the death of my husband who is very much alive. You would have been better off just physically slapping me in the face because that is exactly the reaction I had upon seeing that banner reading Beloved Husband!

Again, I thank you for destroying a once in a lifetime event that can not be done over. No matter how many flowers you could send to the residence of the deceased, will not make up for the absence of the flowers I ordered for that funeral. Every item I ordered was to be used at the funeral. It was not a I'm sorry for your loss type of order. This order was the main fing flowers for the funeral. We weren't sending flowers to someone else's family members funeral. It was our beloved who died.
