Thank goodness you got Bruno out of her wicked hands. I can't wait for her to come on here and tell us you are a liar also! She doesn't care about any of her animals-only the buck that they will bring. I am curious-What reason did she tell you she was selling Bruno? What was wrong with the CKC papers? Any information shared may help someone else in bringing this BYB to justice. Did you get forged vet papers? That seems to be a trick also. Isn't it funny there is another person out there who thought they were getting an AKC dog and they didn't. What does that go to show you??? She must be stopped. I have also been taken by this woman. She is a good talker, but it's not the truth .I bought Bruno from her late Aug. of 2005. When I picked him up she let him go with nothing but a chain around his neck. This was my first sign that she did not care about this dog. She led me to believe he was AKC, and from the Twin Branch blood line,lies,lies,lies. This dogs teeth are almost gone on the bottom and his CKC papers I received after 3 months are not true, they are a lie. This poor dog had ear infections in both ears and other minor problems. I have a dog that I can not use, that must be fixed ASAP. I have no idea how old this dog is or where he came from. This lady took me for 1200.00 and I got a dog that has cost me hundreds in vet bills. AT least I got this poor dog out of her hands. So where is or what did she do with the puppy that left Twin Branch Saints. Jacki will get what is coming to her, she has taken too much from good hard working people and that will only go on so long.

I am extremely lucky that I like in the town of Graham and i know of this woman! I have even talked to her a few times but she probably dosent expect me to write something on here about her. But i feel sorry for what has happend to everyone and would like to tell you what i have come across when talking with this lady and doing reasearch on her. Plus Graham is a small town and it talks!! ok time to get back to reality, This Buyer received EXACTLY what he paid for, The Buyer just has joined the other chat roomers to think they can get rich quick off by making fraudulent claims, getting the BIG $$ judgements, No charges have been made against us, They want one thing to make a quick buck. Sellers out there beware of these people. Look at the judgements AND the amounts, which are incredibly high, they do not want justice they want to make $$.. Our disclosures have been up since the web site have been created. they just do not magically appear as this so called person claims. Neither the owner of Twin Branch or I have any idea who this dog is on her web page, but it is NOT a Twin Branch dog, I have pictures of the puppy that left Twin Branch, he did NOT have a monk's cap, this stud does, God only knows who he is.

This lady is a liar I can find any plain old saint puppy anywhere I dont need some ones help. I already own a Huge male SAINT with the best markings and temperment that i have yet to find i need a female that was comperable and I have been looking for almost 2 years. I saved all emails between Jacki and Myself and the pictures of the puppy that i was suppose to receive with the name of Mindy. By the way the puppy I received did not come from a breeder by the name of Rose and I guarantee that. The puppy was suppose to come from Great Singer Saints as my emails that i have received from Jacki plainly state and all recorded phone statements. I dont need some brokers help i would never use one. And there has been evidence recorded that at the time of purchase that there was no statments advising anyone of a broker listed on the web site greatsingersaints.com
AND FOR THE RECORD I DID NOT BUY THE PUPPY FROM THE WEB SITE GREATSINGERSAINTS.COM I BOUGHT IT FROM puppiefinders.com and the puppy listed once AGAIN WAS !!! MINDY !!!

Justin O. purchased a Saint Bernard puppy, Yes we did help with the transaction, It plainly states on our web site they we do sometimes broker the saints. We acted as a broker in this case. If this person Is unhappy with the quality of his Saint Bernard he needs to contact the ACTUALL BREEDER first name starting with ROSE.
As for the comments on registration, 6 toes. Justin was never offered an AKC registration from us NOR the breeder, Justin can not offer any contracts offering him an AKC registration. 6 toes would mean the SAINT BERNARD didnt have the dew claws removed, this was never promised and would be between buyer and breeder as well. below is exactly what is stated on our web site. The only truthfull comment made was that this SAINT BERNARD is not the same quality as the SAINTS that we breed, AGAIN between buyer and breeder, not the BROKER as we where in this case.
Justins comments as for the pierce county sherrifs are true they where contacted, no charges have been filed against us, so as for the FBI comment, I am sure they have alot bigger situations to deal with than a unhappy buyer.
