Ok, not sure where to start. My husband was indicted for a white collar crime a little over a year and a half ago. He has never been in any kind of trouble prior. This was so shocking and scary for him and our whole family. We had no idea what to expect. The thought of him going to prison was dreadful. We started searching online to help find information. We had an attorney but she seemed not to be able to offer much when it came down to how prison life would be. We found Justin Paperny's website www.whitecollaradvice.com. We called and spoke to him a few times. He seemed very caring and genuine at first. He explained how he could help us. He told us how he would help write a letter to the judge that could help to get a reduced sentence. He also informed us of a program called RDAP. This is some kind of program that if you qualify for it you can get a year off your sentence. This sounded like a gift from the gods. Justin Paperny told us his fee was $7500 for his service. His pitch was great. We felt if he could do what he said then it would be well worth that fee. Our attorney charged us more than $200,000. So we felt this was a great deal. We were so excited at the opportunity of my husband returning sooner.

It was all a scam. Nothing good has happened. Justin Paperny promised my husband would get the RDAP program. My husband was turned down for the program because he did not have substance abuse stated in his PSR. Justin had put us in contact with a guy named Irving Schattner who is a therapist in South Florida. Justin told us how Irving would be able to get my husband in the program be stating he had substance abuse. We ended up spending just under an additional $4000 for this. After all the promises Justin Paperny made nothing has happened.

I decided we had been taking and that's that. Well now my husband was transferred to a camp in TX. There are so many inmates there that have this same story. They all say Justin will not take their calls. They call him the White Collar predator.

Justin Paperny is not a good person. If you watch his videos on youtube you will see him for what he is. He charges a pretty penny and then does not deliver. I feel the reason more people have not come forward is due to the fact they are in prison. I hope this can help just one person avoid this nightmare.

BUYER BEWARE.

Justin Paperny is suing me.

AUTHOR: Dan - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, August 22, 2018

I am being accused of creating this report against Justin Paperny as well as his company white collar advice. Towards the end of 2017, I received certified mail from Comcast that my IP address was being court ordered by Maricopa County out of Arizona. It did not say why other than Justin Paperny Vs. John Doe. I thought to myself what is this guy up to? I hired a P.I. to investigate the issue at which time they informed me of this report against Justin Paperny & White Collar advice.

What it had to do with me was beyond my knowledge. Up to this point, I had nothing against Justin Paperny other than we were in the same industry. I responded to the request with a motion to quash for reason being I did not know why I was brought into it. Shorty after my identity was released I received a call from Justin Paperny's attorney asking if I had interest in settling? I asked in regards to what? The attorney gave me a brief description explaining they believed I wrote the report listed above about Justin Paperny being a poor consultant under a false or fake name due to it being tied to my IP address. Without thought, I refused to settle as I knew this is something I did not do.

I can not explain how my IP address was involved in this matter nor can I confirm or deny that anyone else working with me out of my home would have caused this giant mess for myself and family. I will be reaching out to Ripoff Report to find out if there is anything I might be able to do in order to have it removed. From my understanding, there is no way to have a report removed without a court order. This would explain why Justin Paperny has filed a lawsuit against me. In retrospect I cannot blame him I suppose. If I thought an individual attempted to defame me I may have responded the same way.

The venue has been relocated here local in WA State which offers a tad of convenience for myself. It would be nice to just see this go away which I seriously doubt will happen. lol. He has since hired his partner in business Shon Hopwood in order to represent him here in WA. I have all the respect in the world for Shon Hopwood. He was sentenced to 12 years in federal prison for bank robbery and overcame his misfortune by becoming a lawyer. He has even helped others become lawyers as well. It is very hard to dislike a man that has accomplished so much. Bottom line is this is not a good situation for anyone to be in.

I understand Justin Paperny plans to prepare a video to post out on the internet once this is said and done. I am upset that it is possible someone abused my trust and caused me this exposure. I do see several posts on ripoff report from individuals claiming to have been taking advantage of by Justin Paperny & white collar advice in the last couple months. I have no way of knowing if that is true or not.

I have included the complaint prepared by Justin Paperny in case anyone has an interest in reading it. To be very clear I am very open to resolving this matter in a professional manner. I cannot admit to something I did not do. Justin if you are open to making this go away please feel free to reach out with your attorney. I have no interest in attacking you or your company. I will now reach out to ripoff report directly and update here after.

Well, Justin sued me for defamation for similar experiences that you have had. I have email copies of all correspondence between him and an older gentlemen whom he threatened and made Illegal promises to as well. I am committed to doing the right thing and pursuing him and have an attorney ready to file class actions against him. He is a pariah and a disgrace.

Not My Experience

AUTHOR: Michael Brothers PhD - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 31, 2017

To start with, my father is Lou Brothers, inmate number 17670-032.  You can find a picture of me and my father here:  wcpo.com/news/crime/louis-brothers-former-ceo-of-valley-forge-composite-technologies-sentenced-to-7-years-in-prison.

We hired Justin and Michael Santos and worked with Irv to help with my mother and my father's case.

Justin never guaranteed RDAP.  He referred us to Irv to help us with RDAP by doing counseling sessions for my father's drinking problem.  The amount was less than $1500.  Through their advice we were able to accurately describe how alcohol affected my father's business dealings and secured RDAP.

Justin always made himself available during the crucial periods leading up to the plea agreement and sentencing.  We weren't happy with the sentencing result, but that was to do with the judge (who compared selling crack cocaine to selling ITAR components), and not any of the sound advice that Justin gave us.  In fact, his advice in a crucial hour saved my mother from imprisionment and enabled her to plea out on probation.

Justin is not a miracle worker, nor does he pretend to be one...just a provider of wisdom and expertise through that terrifying ordeal.

I'm outspoken because of what Justin did for my family.  I have never received a dime for doing videos or creating content or writing reviews.  I just fervently believe in what Justin does and has done for my family.

What was written is inconsistent with my experiences, and with the many positive reviews I have read both on his webpage and on facebook.
