JUVA CELL PROSKIN This company charged my Discover account $98.71 the next month after they sent me a sample the month before. I had responded to an Internet sidebar ad. There was no paperwork, no phone number or order forms that came with the sample. I have not heard any further from the company and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ADDITIONAL PRODUCT!! I product burned my face after just a few uses so I would not reordered or recommend it for anyone at any price. Not even the shipping price of $4.95 I paid. Thank you. Hamden Connecticut

I ordered  eye cream and face cream  advertized on an internet side bar.  The order came with no paperwork, no phone number, address or re-order form.  The product burned and puffed up  my skin after just 3-4 uses.  I would not recommend it to anyone even at the shipping price I paid.

When my December credit card bill came there was 2 separate charges: $3.95 from LNP*Happi Skincare Scottsdale AZ and $4.95 from MLH*Juva Cell Proskin Hamden CT. I did not know I was ordering and dealing with 2 companys.   I am not sure if the companys are connected or not.  There was no telephone numbers listed for either company.  I just paid both charges since they were small.   

I have just received my January credit card statement and am shocked to find $89.77 charge from Happi Skincare and a $98.71 from Juva Cell Proskin. Again there are no telephone numbers listed on the bill for either company. I went to the Internet to search for telephone numbers, but found none.  I called but credit card company and they have not been able to find a contact for either company.

I hope there are enough complaints filed against these companys to put them out of businesss.  There product is horrible.
