JVC PROCESSING -ALLIED ASSETS Being sued for $1668.45 for online payday loan Internet

 My daughter was contacted by Mr.Franklin Grant from Allied Assets she let it go to voice mail didn't know the number and he was looking for me so she sent me the information and I called him an he proceed to tell me this is a legal matter and I was being sued for an outstanding payday loan online from 2010..I asked him who it was because I never took out a payday loan online he told me it was JVC Processing and I am being sued for $1668.45 from a 2010 p.d. loan I also told him I filed Bankruptcy in 2012 an all my payday loans were in there, he said that I couldn't have included this loan because I esigned that I couldn't filr for this loan I told him B.S. he said that if I did I had to go to the BR. lawyer to reverse it. That made no sense to me so I told him that he changed the subject real quick an told me that the payoff for 2day would be $808.24 uf I paid it 2day then it would be settled an no further legal action would be taken. I told him that I don't know who took out the payday loan because it wasn't me. He told me that if I don't resolve this matter 2day they could garnished my wages,suspend my license an any and all assets I own will be taken if we proceed to court . So I told him well OK U send it to UR legal dept. an we take it to court he got a little irritated an louder an said fine Mrs. W...U better get a lawyer and hung up. I then went on line to see who JVC Processing was and just laughed. I called Mr.Franklin Grant back got the receptionist and asked his last name an told her I know that this is a scam an my lawyer has been contacted I need Mr.Franklin's last name she chuckled an connected me to a phone line that just rang for 3min I hung up an called back and said thank you for connecting me to a line no one would answer real cute now I want to know what Mr. Franklin ' s last name is because if you connect me to a line that just rings again I will keep calling an calling an calling until I get his last name so what is it then she told me Grant not sure if that is really his name at all but she gave it to me. I had gotten 3 urgent legal matter emails a few months ago a couple days apart from the same people all 3 were for$ 4500. but the case numbers were different and I supposedly had taken out $3000 in 2007 2008 & 2009 each yr as they claimed. All the emails were exactly the same but they changed the yr I guess trying to get 3x more...There is no payday loan co. Online or anywhere else that will give U a $3000 payday loan unless U made 10,000. A month an if U made that much why do U need a p.d. loan go to the bank!!!!! But the guy( I know he wasn't in the US) I talked 2 that time was very rude he told me if I didn't pay $2600. right then they would send the sheriff's to my house and arrest me for theft. By this time he was cussing and getting loud with me I asked him why are you cussing an yelling at me. When I could get a word in I finally said OH I get it now this is nothing but a scam an you won't be getting any money from Me A__sh__e he started yelling again an I yelled into my phone the sheriff's will be coming for U because U have been on the phone for more than 3 mins stupid...And he hung up I tried to call the number back but it said call couldn't be completed as dialed..... I think I really made him mad OH WELL I will never pay anyone over the phone unless I have called my cell phone co. I usually only pay with cash safer... :-)
