K and B Transpotation the company lied on my dac report and they lied to avoid paying unemployment benefits sioux city, Iowa

i was terminated from this company after a contract didnt go well for the company. kb fired me because i didnt call my driver mgr after we had spoken earlier that day. the firing was not the problem, they falsified my dac report to say i abandoned their truck. When a company fires someone over the road they assume responsibility for said truck. I was fired and cannot get a job due to kb stating i left their truck in my hometown. I was never given the chance to to return the truck . I was charged my last check for them picking up their truck and was never told that it was an abondoned vehicle according to kb's rules. i have never had this on my record and was not given an oppurtunity to correct this situation.

i consider this as a form of defamation and i will be pursuing this with an attorney. The dac report is of no help whatsoever.I would not tell anyone to ever work for this company. My driver manager was probaly the only good thing i can say positive for the company .Anyone above him doesnt rate any good comment from me.

i was told about how Kb put untrue statements on dac reports but i never thought i would get one that would ruin my driving career.
