K-West Developments - Mr Lloyd Douglas Kennedy is the most deceitful,lying, disrespectful ,fraudlent company that i know of Playa Del Coco Costa Rica

 K-WEST DEVELOPMENTS a real estate and development company in Playa Del Coco ,Costa Rica  in my opinion is the most decietful ,lying, disrespectful real estate connected company that i know of who has cheated myself and several other buyers totaling several million dollars by selling them worthless developed land without legal water .

Not long ago Mr.Kennedy developed several parcels of land in one or more communities giving buyers the impression that on good faith that the properties were meeting legal standards for new construction , needless to say several properties were sold without legal potable water , Mr Kennedy misrepresented himself by even handing out a non legal letter about his so called potable water which was never approved by the local water authorties .

It is of record that a recent prospective buyer who wanted to purchase and build walked the deal and the seller who purchased the property a few years prior to the discovery lost the sale all due to a fraudlent worthless non -legal water letter written by Mr. Kennedy stating that the water was OK. Upon discovery the buyer canceled the contract and the sale was lost. The buyers attorney discovered this letter just a few days before the closing. This cost the buyer and seller several thousand dollars in legal fees just to witness a failed closing. All fees still had to be paid for professional services no matter what.

It is said that Mr. Kennedy did not comply with government laws in the distribution of water to the properties. He was ordered to cease and desist . It is now declared by the government that lot owners will not be permited to build or sell their properties until all matters developed by Mr. Kennedy are in compliance with the law. MR. KENNEDY HAS DONE NOTHING in correcting the problem for the owners he cheated. PERIOD !!!! This all started in 2012 and is still not settled.

There were several properties sold to North Americans, Canadians and Costa Ricans as well.Again, NO LEGAL WATER, NO BUILDING PERMITS.  It is believed that Mr. Kennedy did not run these communities in a way that they ever going to be successful . Mr Kennedy has lost the faith, trust and respect from several property owners due to his deceitful lies.

It is believed that Mr. Kennedy has ruined the hopes and dreams of the buyers that wanted a little piece of paradise in Costa Rica. The average loss per buyer was well over 100k and some upwards of 200k for a lot. Now these folks can not wait or afford to build because it may take years and legal fees to straighten the mess that Mr Kennedy  has made as a cheat. .

I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY A D*** THING FROM MR. KENNEDY IF GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO INVEST IN REAL ESTATE AGAIN. THIS MAN IS EVIL.

 MR.KENNEDY NEEDS TO MOVE BACK TO CANADA WHERE HE BELONGS AND SCREW HIS OWN FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
