Kabam Thirst of Night No action, no response, no priorities! Internet

This game company in comparison to others such as Blizzard, obviously has no idea what they are doing. They seem to have automated all there responses to customer concerns with the majority reading "we do apologize for not being able to respond to your issue."
They have no policy against hackers or scriptors or cheaters or if they do its not evident since theres zero enforcement. Several people have quit because of kabams lack of interest in these issues. They require lots of screenshots, subtlety, and patience. 
It has been suggested that there really isn't any physical person working kabam support. It's been suggested that kabam backs cheaters to encourage players to get ticked off enough to buy more. Its been suggested that kabam wont do anything because these cheaters pay them off.
There are several forums and articles about just how bad not only this game but kabam itself is. I have spoken to countless unhappy consumers all of whom regret ever giving kabam a penny. Even with legit concerns and issues they have demanded their money back and still received no response. Some players have even started facebook groups speaking out against kabam.
Heres a quote i posted from one thread where the moderator was telling us all these procedures and processes and regulations just to report cheaters:

 "i agree with every post made so far. This situation has gotten ridiculous. personally i haven't been attacked so the first day i admit it was mildly amusing seeing alliances that have been bullies get bullied. but it should've ended that day. i started becoming concerned when i logged on the next day to see in the leader boards an entire alliance that had accrued 20+ million power overnight. Yes i expected the cheaters to have there fun, then the victims would report them, and they would be dealt with. this is now what day 4? 5? i saw rubicks screenshot and had to laugh. its real. how can a company see that and not take action? kabam created this game. Tell me kabam, how many rubies would a player have to buy in order to make this power jump plausible? in a week? and then during that week could you not pinpoint such a transaction? this isn't rocket science. You make games. Games need players. Players have money. Cheaters scare players away. you don't deal with cheaters= no more players= no more money. You've already received quits, boycotts, lawsuit threats, and plenty of threads and complaints and screen shots. what more will it take? I back fully all these players concerns. There's no point in playing a game where others can come in and ruin it overnight with no consequence. For us who have spent money on rubies, we immediately regret that decision since it was all pointless and all we want now is to quit. and i cant blame any of them. Matter of fact i support and encourage everyone to speak out about this and if no action is taken just quit. A game simply isn't worth the stress people. You don't like kabam? quit playing their games. When they stop making money they'll realize that just maybe they should've done something. I know one thing i don't ever recall having this issue with blizzard whom always responded swiftly and fixed your issues satisfactorily. Also I do not believe I have broken any guidelines or rules with my consumer opinion so id prefer it if you didn't try and edit my post. If kabam really cares about their customers and their opinions they will see this and hopefully do something to satisfy US the PAYING CONSUMERS not the scriptors/hackers. Thank you. -Legion"

Do not play this game. if you do don't spend your money. It's not worth it. Kabam games are all the same and they rake in the dough and at the first issue they give you the run around and shrug. Thank you.
