Kaiser Permanente THEIR HIGH DEDUCTIBLE PLANS WILL STEAL EVERY DIME OUT OF YOUR POCKET..BEWARE..VERY DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING RIVERSIDE, California

KAISER PERMANENTE has several high deductible plans, when they send you their brochure, they state that you will pay on xxx dollars after you meet the deductible...so i applied for a 2700.00 per person deductible plan.  WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU is that before you meet their deductible, they price their services and their prescriptions are at an outrageous level...for example, when you go to see a doctor, you have to give a co pay of 70.00, then you get a bill later for another 80.00 for doctor fees, if you get any lab work done, they request you to give a cop pay of 10.00, then they bill you nearly  150.00 for additional charges....WHY CANT THEY TELL UP UP FRONT WHAT THE CHARGES ARE GOING TO BE??? this is a deceptive practise that needs to be stopped....if i have to pay 150.00 to see a doctor for 10 minutes, whats the point of having insurance??? I can go to the neighborhood physician and pay the same. THIS WILL BLOW YOUR MIND....they wanted 106.00 for 90 tablets of fexofinadine (allegra)...THE SAME PRESCRIPTION IS AVAILABLE AT COSTCO PHARMACY FOR 26.50.  kaiser is not a non profit organization, its a money making machine....they are using illegitimate ways and means to rip of their clients, KAISER IF YOU ARE READING THIS, BE UP FRONT WITH ALL YOUR CHARGES....if your brochure had mentioned that i have to pay 150.00 to see a doctor, or 100 plus dollars for a generic prescription, i would not have signed up. A RESPONSE FROM ANY KAISER ASSOCIATE WILL BE APPRECIATED.
