We had Taylor Reed and Sloan collect on a dead beat customer. When we had called to check to see if the customer had paid they did say they received $1,000.00. I thought they would be sending it. We had to call back at least 3 times just for someone to tell us they keep the money for 1 year and then release the funds. It has been over a year and now when I call we can't get through. Can't someone shut them down and retrieve our money? Help.
