Kalisha Baker was sued in landlord tenant court for Linden NJ under docket number is LT-7335-16 for failing to pay 3 months rent (August, Sept, Oct of 2016) totaling $5,700 ($1,900 per month).

During the time she was renting the apartment, she was rude and difficult to deal with. She then stopped paying rent for no given reason and began to make threats if we sued her for eviction about going to the city for a situation being already worked on with the city. She also filled up part of the basement with junk and when asked to removed it she refused. When she went to court, she attempted to ask for a hearing for an abatement due to a sewer problem that was corrected on the same day and she only had one months rent. The marshall locked her out on October 19, 2016.   She had another person by the name of Kevin Gardner staying with her in the apartment.
