I want to buy a Bejeweler rhinestone setter, and the search engines show the name of this other company. When I go to their site, it says they sell ithe bejewelere but when I try to buy it, the site says its discontinued.
Then it takes be to pages that are so stupid, they lie, they slander the product I want to buy and try to sell their own cheap Chinese knock-off. They even had pictures of the bejeweler and had them labeled it was their tool the "kandi kane". Now they have pages devoted to lies about their competition - these people have only been in business a few months and try to sound like they have been around for years. They have no scruples and are miserable liars.

"Robert" from "Rochester NY" is actually Lucia Reid from Sarasota Florida. If you check the IP address of the person making this report, you will find that it belongs to Creative Crystals of Sarasota, the manufacturer of the BeJeweler.
Ms Reid has spent many months slandering us and filing bogus claims everywhere. We manufacture a competing (and more commercially succesful) product than the BeJeweler. It is widely accepted and praised. Ms. Reid is unable to compete with us, so she goes around filing bogus and slanderous claims.
Please investigate and remove this slanderous attack on us from your website. Feel free to contact me by phone or email for any additional information. Feel free to contact Ms Reid -- you will find that she is "Robert". She can be contacted at [DELETED]. Please remind her that it's not ethical to hide behind phony names.
