Kandy Hall, Whinny Farms Stallion Station Sold me a dead horse and stopped paying me what she owed in refund monies. $700 due Burns Oregon

I agreed to purchase a sorrel paint/arabian colt from kandy for $2000. We agreed upon a deposite of $1000. I mailed the deposite and braught the remainder $1000 with me to pay her at the time of pick up. She then informed me that the colt had died! I explained I wanted my deposite back. She said she would replace the colt with another. I traveld from Landery Wyoming to Christmas Valley Oregon (where they were originaly) and looked over her stock. I did not like any of them and said I would rather have my money back. She stated "I spent it on hay and groceries" She then said she could pay me back in installments and I could hold her palemino quarter horse stallion Norfleet Hobby Gold 's registration papers as colateral. She replaced her registration papers and paid me $300 back in $100 installments. Then the payments STOPED! It has been TWO YEARS! I have written her several times and she accnowledges that she owes me and keeps trying to get me to pick from her herd. I cannot afford to travel all that way again is what I have told her. She replyes that times are tuff even though I see her still selling horses on the internet.
