KandySoles ripped me off. Grand Terrace California

I will be reporting KandySoles.net. I recently ordered some shoes off of their website on Nov. 2, 2015, they are some red selene bailey bow uggs-Women's. (Ugg Size: 8) $110

Today on Nov 3, 2015, I went to check on my order status and get a tracking number for the package. When I checked the status it said,"Awaiting Fullfilment". Later that day I checked the status on my computer, I usually do it by phone, but when I typed in kandysoles on google it pulled up a ripoff report from another customer that used their website.

I saw that the other customer ordered products off their website and he/she never got them. I have been trying to get a full refund from the so called business, but I can't cancel the order I placed.

They have already took the money out of my account and I have tried to contact them multiple times through email and phone. I have yet to get a response from them. Please if there is any one that can help me get a full refund, it will be greatly appreciated. I do have photos of my order and emails of me trying to contact them.
