These people are the most unprofessional you will ever come across.
I had an accident 20 months ago and contacted 1-800-411-pain. I was automatically connected to this firm. I did not not do a GOOGLE search then. 20 moths later my case still remains to be resolved.
Today I can confirm all the negative reports out there. Kevin Soebel never returns any phone calls. Samantha is slow, rude, incompetent to sum it up. 1-800-411-pain needs to to take responsibility for working with such partners.
I will never use them again and I will strongly discourage anybody from using them.

II totally agree with you I have currently employed them on my case and they have nothing but let me down they are very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone even my worst enemy they have made this a nightmare on top of my wreck and all the other trouble that had to deal with. they should be put out of business in my opinion. how do people continue doing business with this kind of reputation:isn't this against the law I don't understand how they get away with it

Finally, after giving us two non-functional Fedex tracking details, the Fedex arrived this morning with a check. I still stand by my complaints against this law firm. I wouldn't recommend or use them ever again. This check only was sent out yesterday after I posted complaints on Facebook and Rip-off report.

This is a follow up to my initial report on this Law Firm. I"m giving them until Thursday at 5pm, then I will lodge a complaint with the GA and FL State Attorney's offices as well as their Bar association (if they're members). I was told a check was being fedexed out on Monday and given a tracking number. It turned out that the tracking number was fake; then I called and requested a proper tracking number and the second one was fake. This is an absolutely unprofessional legal company and should not be in business. How dare 411-pain use this useless company? They're playing games with people, holding on to money that doesn't belong to them. This has to be a criminal activitiy going on. I will be asking the State Attorneys to investigate this company. They're incompetent, unprofessional, and liars.
