Kansas city Comfort inn Lied about type of room will not return deposit also didnt give back room payment since ac service went out 2 hours after check in Kansas City Kansas

 Only had cash at time of check in so paid the room fee plus 100.00 for deposit. About hour after check in ac quit working could not get another room. Now the manager is saying my son never gave them a deposit but you had to have the deposit to get the room any way we went back to at least get deposit back and now there saying we never paid it. the service counter were not very helpful. we were told the manager would be there at 7am. we get their about 7:30she doesnt show up until 8:30 after we were told she d be there at 8am. it seems that everything we were told is a lie. I personally feel that the motel lied about everything that they told us had to use my credit card /debit card to hold room unsure if that means anything.
