Kaplan University - Online Campus Kaplan University On Line College Degree Programs Admissions Counselor & finaicial aid contacts defrauded a tuition rate and completed RFR form incorrectly. Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Kaplan University's admissions counselor Kandi Crowe fraudulently  enrolled me under false tuition rates.

Kaplan University's Financial Aid contacts James Minns, Jennifer Velasco, and David Levin all were involved with the formulation of the tuition budgets, all never called me on the phone to discuss anything with me regarding the tuition issue.

I have e mail communications on my jump drive that detail Kandi Crowe, Admissions counselor promising the tuition to stay within the limit of my two funding sources, James Minns, Financial aid contact stating that Oneida would not be funding my summer classes, Kaplans' finaicla aid would be covering it and that was a lie. 

I have one Oneida FRF form formulated by James Minns fo 24 credits, the academic  plan must reflect it however, it refelcts 20 credits and Oneida only funded 20 credits not 24. Kaplan incorrectly completed the FRF form that dictates the funding.

Kaplan never related this to me during the last 4 classes I completed with them, they did not relate this until I completed my classes. It states on the Oneida FRF form & Oneida Acadcmia Plan that:

"An academic plan must be submitted for each semester/term you plan to attend. The academic plan is to assist you and your advisor with planning and selecting appropriate courses for your degree, certificate, or diploma. If any changes or revisions occur you must submit an updated plan. Tribal funding will be based on the academic year of August 1 to July 31."\

The words used in the academic plan are MUST. Kaplan must revise and submit a new plan for the correct number of credits. They are asking me for $1832.00. when they failed to complete the correct FRF Form to reflect the correct amount of tuition. And they overcharged for tuition as well.
