Kaplan university Owing money that was added 3 months after I left classes Davenport Iowa

 I withdrew from classes in November and classes were re-added without my permission so I did not know that I was currently enrolled. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that I would be taken out of the classes if I didn't participate then I could start up next term. Instead I was kicked out of kaplan all together. When this happened I was completely paid up to date. Then when I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and re enroll, the day I did this all of a sudden I owed $3, 000 to them? Which was added the day I submitted re enrollment!
