I am SOOOO Glad that I found this site, and too find out that I am not the only one this person has "SCAMMED"! I received a male buff cockapoo puppy for my brithday that came from this breeder. My boyfried paid $900.00 for this dog, that was SUPPOSSED to be healthy and perfect, which he was NOT by any means. He was purchased on a Saturday and given to me the following day after church, Sunday as my 26 birthday present.

Anyway, On Monday, I took this puppy into the vet and the puppy was diagnosed with GIARDIA INTESTINAL VIRUS AND COCCIDIOSIS INTESTINAL CONDITION! The worst my vet had ever seen! He was throwing up, had loose bloody diarhhea, wouldn't eat and simply moaned and groaned all the night before. We knew something was wrong with him, so immediately the next morning, on Monday we took him in right away. He was dehydrated, put on IV Fluids, and receivingd aily antibiotics to offset his condition. We were told he may not make it due to the severity of the condition. My boy Thomas emailed Karla, the breeder, and told her about the condition, diagnosis, and vet treatments, etc., she emailed him back, and stated that the puppy was sold not being covered by those conditions at all, and the puppy was still alive, so with us having an alive pupy at that time, what more did we want or expect for her to do regarding the matter! Thomas asked for help with the vet bills, she rudely declined, said he new the contract paperwork, signed it accordingly, and there was nothing more that she was going to say on the matter. Like the other person on this report, we too contact the state board, and told them of the matter, and they too told us that there is NO regulation of breeders for the state of washington, so therefore the breeders there can simply sell sick puppies and not be held accountable for it. the person even went as far to make the comment to Thomas, that we should not have purchased a puppy sight unseen! Our puppy stayed a total of 9 days in ICU at the clinic, and then went home, thank the Lord where we could finish his treatment and care, for days after that we still endored the stinch of the stools he had, had to replace our carpet in the living room, and could basically have anyone come over until he was cleared totally of the condition.

We were told that both conditions could be contracted by humans from sick puppies, and we were literally scared to death. WE don't have any other dogs in our home whatsoever, and live in a nice neighborhood. This puppy in the two days after he was pruchased did not come in contact with anyone but us, thank God, so we were relieved no one else would get sick. I did develope a stomach problem, had diarrhea and throwing up myself for three days after we had the pup admitted to the vet clinic! Luckily both myself and DOUGIE came through the ordeal and are happy and well now. He is a thriving 6 month old puppy now!

I found out through talking with some other buyers that this lady lets her dogs run together in her back yard, and then keeps themin kennels in the back. My boyfriend, even found message boards of how this breeder was going through a rough time with her husband, on the brink of divorce, used vulgar language, etc. I'm not judgeing her by her words, or her personal situation at all, I am simply saying that some people are NOT what they make themselfs out too be, especially this BREEDER, and she is out for for the money and nothing else! She will not reimburse for vet bills, even though the condition Dougie had was vet documented to have originated from her place/breeding facility! Both conditions are from a filthy living envirnment, unsanitary conditions. I will be happy to supply links of the information on the condition as well as copies of my vet records to anyone wishing to see what we had to go through to get DOUGIE healthy! The vet bills alone came to a total of $681.79!!!!! Not cheap by no means especially when we paid $900.00 for him plus the cost of shipping!

Please do NOT buy from this breeder, she will lie to you in order to get the sale, do not endorse her way of life at all. Do not buy the sick puppies from her. I wish we had known about her prior to getting Dougie, we love him dearly and wouldn't dare send him back too her or anyone, but if we had known her sell of sick puppies, my boyfriend would have simply thought twice about the purchase, anyone would have. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BREEDER, she is a SCAMMER! Sells sick puppies for a profit, how awful of a person!

Karla Roehrick Clippinger, Heavenly Dream Yorkies, Yorkshire Terriers, Puppies, Washington, Spanaway, Frederick, Pollyup

AUTHOR: MemberACC - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 28, 2013

BUYER BEWARE!!! Karla Clippinger has now switched breeds to YORKSHIRE TERRIERS!!! She is Heavenly Dreams Yorkies! I bought a cockapoo puppy from her a few years ago and at the initial vet visit my vet diagnosed it with giardia, coccidiosis, ear mites and fleas (this was within 24 hours of coming home with me)! Imagine an 8 week old puppy with severe internal and external parasites! It cost me a bundle with no help from Karla! She does not vet check her puppies before they leave her care so the cost of making this puppy healthy was all my responsibility as her so-called contract doesn't cover for internal and external parasites.  So, she's making $850 off my puppy, giving it no care whatsoever, and making a bundle.  BUYER BEWARE when you purchase a yorkie from her! Now, according to Facebook, she is getting into COCKAPOOS AGAIN!!!!  She has changed her website from Kardon's Kardon Cockapoos to Chantilly Lace Cockapoos. At one time she changed to Imperial Shih Tzu, now Yorkies and back to Cockapoos?  What will be next?

Kardon's Cockapoos have good quality pups and Karla does not sell sick or diseased animals

AUTHOR: Georgia - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 11, 2008

I want everyone to know that I have known Karla for many years and the trash that people are saying about her is not true.. she loves and takes care of her dogs and puppies. People that buy pups from breeders then take them everywhere to show them off are exposing them to potential diseases.. The puppies need to be protected until they have had all of their shots and that does not mean to take them to show all your friends, family and the pet stores before they are completely protected..Then what the new owners do is when something happens to the pup and it gets sick they blame the breeder. There are several bad breeders out there that make the good breeders look bad and that is a shame because there are so many people who love breeding the beautiful dogs and take wonderful care of them and Karla is one of those people..

What is being done to Karla is very sad because she is a super nice lady and would not hurt anyone or anything. and is a good breeder..There are people out there who try and scam breeders to get pups for nothing and I believe that is what is happening with the customers who are complaining about her..
If the pups the people complained about were sick like they said then all of Karla's dogs would have had the same problems and Surprise!!! her other dogs were just fine..
And for the mean things that was said about her health.. you should be ashamed to yourselves for being so hateful.
Also dogs are den animals and they feel safe when they have their kennel to sleep in.. just like we have our beds..
Leave Karla alone and if you are not happy with the pup why did you not bring it back to her for another one ? or was it just easier to be mean and damage her reputation.
I totally recommend Karla as a breeder and please dont let the trash that is being said about her stop you from getting a special little pup from her

Thanks,

Georgia

Typing fast = typos to Ann..and to ALL of the backyard/hobby (same difference) breeders of the US...

If you read the response right, you would see that there isn't an extra "e" in the name Ashley..the mother, or whoever wrote that post misspells the name by switching the two letters, which isn't unheard of. I constantly see letters switched, it's easy to do, and I'm sure you've done it as well. It's kind of like this following paragraph:

"I cdnuolt blveiee taht I cluod aulaclty uesdnatnrd waht I was rdanieg The phaonmneal pweor of the hmuan mnid Aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it deosn't mttaer inwaht oredr the ltteers in a wrod are, the olny iprmoatnt tihng is taht the frist and lsat ltteer be in the rghit pclae. The rset can be a taotl mses and you can sitll raed it wouthit a porbelm. Tihs is bcuseae the huamn mnid deos not raed ervey lteter by istlef, but the wrod as a wlohe. Amzanig huh? yaeh and I awlyas thought slpeling was ipmorantt!"

To the people that breed, breed, and breed some more: Please Stop! From one person who cares about animals to another who (I would like to hope) supposedly cares about animals.. please stop and think of how many animals from kennels (class B dealers such as C.C. Baird --> http://www.lcanimal.org/invest/baird.htm that breed dogs specifically for selling to research labs) and shelters (see this link: http://www.animallaw.com/poundseizuremodellaw.htm about pound seizure) end up as research animals (type in huntingdon life science), some aren't lucky enough to just be euthanized (and even euthanasia isn't as nice as you think it is, dogs and cats just don't "go to sleep" like everyone thinks they do). Shelters are overcrowded, and you are part of the problem, as a backyard breeder (or as you call yourself, a hobby breeder). Maybe four litters doesn't sound like a lot of puppies to you, but times the average number of pups per litter by even a few thousand (representing breeders that think the same way) the numbers add up quickly! Instead of people trying to give a pet a second chance (from shelters) you are making a profit and killing shelter dogs with each pup you sell. Dogs in shelters are not there by accident. They are simply victims of circumstance.

How Could You

By Jim Willis, copyright 2001

When I was a puppy, I entertained you with my antics and made you laugh. You called me your child, and despite a number of chewed shoes and a couple of murdered throw pillows, I became your best friend.

Whenever I was"bad," you'd shake your finger at me and ask "How could you?" -- but then you'd relent, and roll me over for a bellyrub.

My housebreaking took a little longer than expected, because you were terribly busy, but we worked on that together. I remember those nights of nuzzling you in bed and listening to your confidences and secret dreams, and I believed that life could not be any more perfect. We went for long walks and runs in the park, car rides, stops for ice cream (I only got the cone because "ice cream is bad for dogs," you said), and I took long naps in the sun waiting for you to come home at the end of the day.

Gradually, you began spending more time at work and on your career, and more time searching for a human mate. I waited for you patiently, comforted you through heartbreaks and disappointments, never chided you about bad decisions, and romped with glee at your homecomings, and when you fell in love. She, now your wife, is not a "dog person" --still I welcomed her into our home, tried to show her affection, and obeyed her. I was happy because you were happy.

Then the human babies came along and I shared your excitement. I was fascinated by their pinkness, how they smelled, and I wanted to mother them, too. Only she and you worried that I might hurt them, and I spent most of my time banished to another room, or to a dog crate. Oh, how I wanted to love them, but I became a "prisoner of love."

As they began to grow, I became their friend. They clung to my fur and pulled themselves up on wobbly legs, poked fingers in my eyes, investigated my ears, and gave me kisses on my nose. I loved everything about them and their touch -- because your touch was now so infrequent -- and I would have defended them with my life if need be. I would sneak into their beds and listen to their worries and secret dreams, and together we waited for the sound of your car in the driveway.

There had been a time, when others asked you if you had a dog, that you produced a photo of me from your wallet and told them stories about me. These past few years, you just answered "yes" and changed the subject. I had gone from being "your dog" to "just a dog," and you resented every expenditure on my behalf.

Now, you have a new career opportunity in another city, and you and they will be moving to an apartment that does not allow pets. You've made the right decision for your "family," but there was a time when I was your only family. I was excited about the car ride until we arrived at the animal shelter. It smelled of dogs and cats, of fear, of hopelessness.

You filled out the paperwork and said "I know you will find a good home for her." They shrugged and gave you a pained look. They understand the realities facing a middle-aged dog, even one with "papers."

You had to pry your son's fingers loose from my collar as he screamed "No, Daddy! Please don't let them take my dog!" And I worried for him, and what lessons you had just taught him about friendship and loyalty, about love and responsibility, and about respect for all life. You gave me a good-bye pat on the head, avoided my eyes, and politely refused to take my collar and leash with you. You had a deadline to meet and now I have one, too.

After you left, the two nice ladies said you probably knew about your upcoming move months ago and made no attempt to find me another good home. They shook their heads and asked "How could you?"

They are as attentive to us here in the shelter as their busy schedules allow. They feed us, of course, but I lost my appetite days ago. At first, whenever anyone passed my pen, I rushed to the front, hoping it was you that you had changed your mind -- that this was all a bad dream ... or I hoped it would at least be someone who cared, anyone who might save me. When I realized I could not compete with the frolicking for attention of happy puppies, oblivious to their own fate, I retreated to a far corner and waited.

I heard her footsteps as she came for me at the end of the day, and I padded along the aisle after her to a separate room. A blissfully quiet room.

She placed me on the table and rubbed my ears, and told me not to worry. My heart pounded in anticipation of what was to come, but there was also a sense of relief. The prisoner of love had run out of days. As is my nature, I was more concerned about her.

The burden which she bears weighs heavily on her, and I know that, the same way I knew your every mood. She gently placed a tourniquet around my foreleg as a tear ran down her cheek. I licked her hand in the same way I used to comfort you so many years ago. She expertly slid the hypodermic needle into my vein. As I felt the sting and the cool liquid coursing through my body, I lay down sleepily, looked into her kind eyes and murmured "How could you?"

Perhaps because she understood my dogspeak, she said "I'm so sorry."She hugged me, and hurriedly explained it was her job to make sure I went to a better place, where I wouldn't be ignored or abused or abandoned, or have to fend for myself -- a place of love and light so very different from this earthly place. And with my last bit of energy, I tried to convey to her with a thump of my tail that my "How could you?" was not directed at her. It was you, My Beloved Master, I was thinking of. I will think of you and wait for you forever.

May everyone in your life continue to show you so much loyalty.

The End

A note from the author:

If "How Could You?" brought tears to your eyes as you read it, as it did to mine as I wrote it, it is because it is the composite story of the millions of formerly owned pets who die each year in American and Canadian animal shelters. Anyone is welcome to distribute the essay for a noncommercial purpose, as long as it is properly attributed with the copyright notice.

Please use it to help educate, on your websites, in newsletters, on animal shelter and vet office bulletin boards. Tell the public that the decision to add a pet to the family is an important one for life, that animals deserve our love and sensible care, that finding another appropriate home for your animal is your responsibility and any local humane society or animal welfare league can offer you good advice, and that all life is precious. Please do your part to stop the killing, and encourage all spay and neuter campaigns in order to prevent unwanted animals.

The term backyard breeder refers to people who breed dogs, but are ignorant of selective breeding goals and techniques, and are not familiar with the breed standard of their chosen breed of dog. Backyard breeders are motivated by the idea of profit, not realizing that the hobby of animal breeding practiced on a small scale is not usually profitable when one factors in costs such as health, maintenance and pregnancy care. People who have not considered these factors often stint their breeding stock in terms of veterinary care and adequate maintenance. The puppies they produce may have genetic disorders or undisclosed illnesses, but will often try to sell their stock before they become evident to buyers. They rarely screen potential buyers or inform them on breeds whose care and maintenance may be inappropriate for their lifestyle.

When such breeding is carried out on a large scale, the venue is called a puppy mill (especially in North America) or puppy farm.

Other categories of backyard breeders noted by dog clubs include parents who wish to breed animals so that their children can experience the process. These people may not be motivated by profit but have not adequately considered that they may be adding to the population of unhealthy or unwanted dogs. Another group of concern are those who mistakenly believe that it is necessary to allow bitches to have one litter before being spayed, or those who believe that neutering harms male dogs in some way.

Backyard breeding is also blamed for the proliferation of aggressive dogs for the usually illegal sports of baiting and dog fighting, and to defend venues of criminal activity. Aggressive dogs are also important to the macho image of men in some segments of society. The consequences of these negligent dog owners (that fight and breed dogs, specifically APBT's) is proposed Breed Banning in certain states and cities across North America (and other countries as well).

Waiting on Copies of RECORDS for Proof

POSTED: Friday, November 24, 2006

Well, I posted a rebuttal the other evening but for some odd reason it wasn't posted. Basically, what I said was that I found it kind of strange that Ashley's mother wrote the posting, not Ashley herself, supposedly. Also I wanted to point out that IF this WAS posted by Ashley's mother, I found it strange that she typed in Ashley's name "Asheley" and then went back to Ashley, then to Asheley again. I just thought that maybe if she was TRULY Ashley's mom, she wouldn't misspell her name like that. I could understand a simple slip of the fingers maybe once but not twice.
Oh, well...Just an observation.

BUT IF you were really someone who got a sick pup from me and your going to gather the vet report, how will anyone know WHO the breeder of that pup is? You need to show the health certificate from MY vet that I would have had to gotten prior to flying (which is impossible if your boyfriend bought a pup sat and I shipped it the very next day.. It would take at least 5 days for payment to arrive..)

I would also like you to show the air bill. Or maybe a copy of payment? the stub from the certified check..?? I do not take credit cards or paypal for payment on my puppies.. They charge to much for the service.

Since you have my address and my phone number and my email addres, please, send the proof.. Or get ripoff report to post a scanned pic of it.. But a vet bill is not proof of anything..

AshelyBeth is telling the truth....

AUTHOR: Sarah - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 21, 2006

First of all, I am Sarah, Ashley's mother. I would like to begin by saying that Ashley came across this site during a google/web search of the breeder, Mrs. Karla, whom she purchased Dougie from. I do not know either one of you, Ann, or Karla at all, never have met you at all. What I would like to do is tell you about my daughter Ashley. This is a wonderful girl, yes, I am partial, she is my child. However, she loves Dougie more than anything in this world. Her intentions though with a heartful heart, were not meant in anyway to hurt the breeder she aquired Dougie from. He is a loving free spirited dog, that none of us could ever imagine not having with us, for that we are thankful indeed.

Ashely contacted me after her boyfriend saw these posts and saw where her (Ashley) was being asked questions and some people were beginning to think the wrong thing about her. You may wonder why I am even involved in this at all, well, for one, we did help out on the vet bills, and we "baby-sit" Dougie along with two of our other doggie grand kids alot. Ashley, yes maybe in the heat of the moment came to this sight and posted her remarks and circumstances about the breeder she got Dougie from. It was never meant to be an ugly thing at all. It was as Ashley thought a warning for other potential pet owners to research the breeders more than what they actually did when Dougie was found and purchased. That was it , nothing more. They would never give Dougie back at all.

Ashley is an animal rights advocate and works deligently with the local Animal Rights and Shelter. She volunteers alot with them, all on her busy schedule complete her college degree and all. yes, I am very proud of her and honored to be her mother. She came to me, after becoming aware of how things on her are being twisted and turned against her. She knows none of you people at all on a personal level, nor none of the names mentioned on any of these reports. For those of you requesting, I will get with the vet on the documentation of the vet bills and I will get them posted on here for her completely. Her and I want all of you too know, that we hope through these remarks that people are or will become better educated when purchasing that new member of your family, please take the time and research everywhere. There are people in this world that will simply tell you what you want too hear in order to get you to buy their product.

yes, the breeder was contacted to help with vet bills, and declined. We treated Dougie and would never ever give/return him back to anyone, it just wasn't possible then for us to turn our backs on him and it still isn't, he is a part of our family, and I wish everyone could see he is Ashley's light of the day, for that she is truly greatful for. Give me a few days, "Ann" and I will get you the information you asked for and wanted too see, this is not a problem at all.

THANK YOU for seeing the other reports and reading them. You do not know me and so of course I can totally understand your reluctance to believe anything I say.. How can you with no proof. That is why i too was asking where these people came from and to please show me their proof!

Of course they wont show it because they don't have it. None of them bought a puppy from me. Ashley? (I am losing track) for instance, very obvious that lady is lying because in Samantha's report on her she says she owns 4 mastiffs and in mine (same person)she says she owns NO other dogs.

Then the other person says she saw HER Molly on my friends web site and wanted her. There was one of my pups in my friends web site, a buff and white BOY.. Was the last puppy I had..So there is the lie in that.

Of course I am upset and defensive, because I don't know these people and I am so confused as to why they would come here and do this and not just to me but to other people I don't even know. Since this started Samantha and I have talked a couple of times on the phone trying to figure it out. Some things are hard to let go of, especially when you (me) know they aren't true and have no way to prove it.

You are correct in the fact that i did not take that litter to the vet before they left here. I had taken them after being born and not again.. That was a HUGE error on my part which made me change that. In other words, no puppy leaves here again without a full vet check from my vet! Even if that means 39.00 for the first pup and 25.00 for each pup after that in the litter. I do not want to ever put a family through that or myself.

I did offer them ALL of their money back by the way, or another pup. They felt since they wanted to keep him they only wanted half back.. They are wonderful people and I did not want screw them like I have been screwed! (I dont mean Amy on that comment..lol)

Yes I do live on a little more than 1/3 acre, but we live on a dead end street and 95% of our proprty is behind our house (pie shaped) and the house sits 20 feet from the road. So it really is bigger than it sounds.

We had a shop my husband built up in the right corner of the property, it is 24'x12'. That is what I turned into a "kennel" I use it to seperate my dogs when i have any in heat that I do not want to breed. And it has a 12'x12' outside run/potty area which we will be extending this sring/summer and it has a roof and thick heavy canvas to keep the wind and rain from coming into the sides.

They sleep in there at night and get fed in the morning and then let out to run the yard and then come in the house for most of the day. I took out the carpets and put in wood floors in all the rooms except our bedrooms (they are next).. And no my house does't stink;-) lol..Unless you count hubbys feet?

I really do love my dogs. I grew up with hunting dogs and lots of them. I have always had dogs around me. I do rescue when I can as well. I think that is an important thing to do if one breeds. I have my dogs, ALL of them groomed every 6 weeks, and they get baths 2x a month. They are never in mud and dirt. I would love to have a couple more acres but we are waiting for my husband to retire. He plans to retired early in about 5 years then we can sell. We have lived here 14 years and have 1 child, almost 18..

I have a webshots album with tons of pictures and you are welcome to look http://community.webshots.com/user/clippingers
Pictures of us, dogs, trips etc (trips I don't get to take much).. Also I retire my dogs after 3 litters and I adopt them out (for free) to good loving homes. There are of course ones I can never part with like Hanna my cocker, she is 6. She developed a heart murmur and as soon as we found out during a routine check up I had her spayed.

You are also welcome to call me.. I really am nice most of the time unless I get really ticked off.. for good reason.. I really mean it, call me Ann, I welcome anyone to call me. I will send you my vets number, and real references of people who bought from me..Email me if you want kardons@gmail.com

I rarely ship puppies, but when I do, they have to be checked over by a vet before they go. My pups get 2 vaccines before they ever leave my home, and I DO have fecals done on them as well (all pups). If they are older they get a 3rd, like the pups I sold for my friend, they were here for awhile so they had a series of 3.

I know i said I wouldn't come back here but they keep sending me emails saying someone posted again and I could not help myself! However i did find there is a way to shut that off.

I am sorry I called you aliar, what i should of said was misinformed...
Thank you
Karla

ASHLEY, (if that's REALLY your name) WHERE IS YOUR PROOF?

AUTHOR: Ann - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, November 21, 2006

Okay, maybe I was hitting below the belt...but I honestly thought in the beginning that Ashley was telling the truth but now things have come to light that lead me to believe that this report is a false one. I am an advocate for victims' rights and I honestly thought that maybe Karla was in the wrong. Some things I made jokes about were uncalled for.

Since Ashley has not come back since the damage has been done and proven her case and ALSO since I notice her posts (if this is the same Ashley) on reports about other people who raise animals and she mentions she raises dogs. I am beginning to wonder what her motive is. I am also thinking that maybe I was wrong for ASSUMING that Karla was wrong when maybe this whole "scenario" never happened.

If Ashley (and Alex and Jonah on other reports)do not come forward and prove that these things actually happened, then I will just assume that Karla did not send them sick puppies--she probably didn't send them a puppy at all.

I do not know Karla nor do I know anyone that has dealt with her so I apologize for making assumptions at her expense, so to say. I, too, wonder who is responsible for these reports. For the things I said in a derogative (sp) manner, it was because Karla called me a liar for commenting. I can understand her anger but she ought to be more upset with whomever posted the reports and not someone that comments on it.

Also, when I googled info and mentioned the zooeasy program she uses, the google search lumped part of her testimony for the product along with part of what someone else said, making me believe she said all of it, when she only said half of what I mentioned. So, the wishing to breed leonberger dogs wasn't part of what she said. My fault...

People don't believe everything you read...don't fall into the trap of believing the victim all the time! (Like I have!)

Karla, I'm sorry that these reports have been made against you, especially if they are not true.

Christmas is coming...can't everyone be friends?? Ashley, Alex and Jonah (maybe even the same person) if you don't come back and prove your cases, I hope Santa passes you by.

I guess I need to stick w/ reading true stories. I'll make sure to pick up a Nat'l Encrapper.

BOOOO h*o

AUTHOR: Ann - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 18, 2006

Karla, you are a little childish. I feel like I'm listening in on conversations at a daycare or preschool. Boooo h*o, I can't come over to Karla's house...I'm not welcome because supposedly I am a liar. Yeah, right.

What makes me a liar to point out things in these reports that don't coincide with things you yourself have said? So if a journalist was to interview you and put you on the hot seat because of conflicting stories, would all of a sudden they be a liar? If a judge was to put you on the stand and make both sides tell their stories and found out that your story didn't match up to other things you had said previously and he called you on it, would that make him a liar?

Why in the world would I even WANT to go to your home? Thirteen dogs on a third of an acre and I suppose your house takes up a portion of that...do you have a little 4' by 4' where they all go out and relieve themselves? I can imagine how nice your home smells. No wonder these people are claiming you sold them puppies with giardia or died from Coccidia or even arrived with Parvo. If these people were actually really posting lies, they would have said the Parvo puppy died...but no, they said it LIVED through the ordeal after lots of money at the vet. Another poster said that they fell in love with Molly by her photo on your website. That was a plus...if they were actually lying they wouldn't be so nice about describing the puppy. Their puppy died. The person that writes about Dougie says her puppy is happy and healthy now after his inital ordeal with the problem he had. If she was lying why would she take the time to write the report and also say the puppy is doing great now...she'd say he was a psycho killer dog and mentally traumatized by his illness or something to that effect.

In another report you act like these people all came to attack you because of your report you made on Amy Veal... I think perhaps these people just discovered this website.

I guess the truth is still yet to be known. Still waiting on these people to come back to this site and comment or post their vet bills, proof of purchase, etc.

As far as your puppy with the loose patellas that went to Canada...your vet should have picked up on it as it is one thing they check...ahem, if you actually take them in to be health checked BEFORE they are sold for the ungodly amount you charge. How nice that you could afford to give the poor people HALF of their money back. I'm proud of you.

I have only had 3 litters this year and a 4th litter I sold for my best friend. I don't care what you think of me actually, you are nobody to me. Of course a person is going to become defensive and upset when attacked.

But I actually only wanted to set you straight on 1 particular thing. I did not do a charge back on Amy Veal. I started to and I cancelled it. Then after that she sent me the shih-poo mix, Willie, who I still have and is a wonderful dog.

You have never been to my home, nor are you welcome here. Why aren't you welcome here? because you are a liar. My clients are welcome in my home and I give a list of references to everyone who is seriously interested in buying one of my sweet puppies. This DOES include my vets name and number.

None of the references are breeders. Not only do I encourage buyers to check references, I insist on it. Whether it is me or another breeder they should ALWAYS check references and talk to the breeder's vet.

However, a vet is not allowed, by federal law to give any info on a client, UNLESS, the client has given permission.. Of course I have given him permission.

If something awful was to be wrong with one of my puppies, I can assure you I would NEVER ignore a buyer, EVER! My litter before last a puppy was sold to a wonderful family in Canada, they drove down to meet him and then again to pick him up.

Two days after they got him home they called me to tell me he had loose patellas. I asked them to please send me the vets report. they did, I took it to my vet he confirmed all findings with their vet. The family did not want to give him up and asked that I refund half of the money. I DID!

I still hear from them and pup is still doing great. This family is also on my list of references I give out to buyers. My main vet in
the clinic is a PenHIP specialist (there are 4 vets there). We have had no puppies prior to this with an issue but I retired and re-homed the mother anyhow with a very nice older couple for FREE.

I am not saying this for you, I am saying this for the people who will come here, see the lies and and also see that I care enough to do what is right. One thing I am not, is a liar!

Have a wonderful weekend. This will be my final reply and my final visit to this site.

JONAH FROM MONTANA, ASHLEY, ETC. PLEASE SEND YOUR PROOF TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT! KARLA CLIPPINGER NEEDS TO TELL THE TRUTH!

AUTHOR: Ann - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 18, 2006

Karla, if you are upset at me for observing certain things in these reports, than so be it. This website is a service for the public to warn them of wrongdoers. You, in your own words, say in one report on here that you breed cockapoos and only have 2-3 litters a year! I SAY HOGWASH! (You can search just "Karla" on this site and her postings will come up.) You hung yourself with your own rope by posting on another of these reports that you had FOUR LITTERS of puppies AFTER you received Mikey, the cockapoo from AMY VEAL of Black Creek Farm, who, according to you, sent him with PARVO and he died. You claim that you never had parvo on your property. You contested the $850 you paid for the dog with your bank/credit card and apparently got a refund...then you also got a replacement puppy from Amy, who took you at your word. I do not know you or do I know Amy but I have read IN YOUR OWN WORDS enough to know you are not to be trusted and you DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH. To have 12 plus dogs on 1/3 acre total is just asking for others to be exposed!

To Jonah and Ashley and whoever else posted about sick puppies from Karla Clippinger (even one w/ Parvo) please speak up and scan copies of any guarantees or contracts or vet bills or airline airbills you have in writing from Karla Clippinger. Just black out your whole names/addresses (Karla most likely knows who you are anyway but she won't admit it.) If anyone is playing games it might be you.

Obviously having "herself" a really good time at my expense, or at least that is what she thinks. Since finding these so called reports against me she has been a part of each one of them to make sure they are seen..

And That would be fine, IF any of it were true. This will be my last reply to this garbage. All that matters is that I know it is not true and the people who have bought from me (REAL PEOPLE) know they are lies.

I have NEVER sold a puppy or adult that had parvo..PERIOD! Nor do I know who any of these people are.

Be sure when checking into these "reports" you watch the writing style and it is very obvious they are coming from the same person..

That is ALL I have to say.. So just stop the games..

All lies

I never sold any pups to anyone in Utah and I can prove it.. Nor can I ship a pup next day when they have to be seen by a vet first!

Also, I rarely have any Buff puppies and any that I have had this year were sold within my state, and 1 to a family in Oregon!

Funny how these so called reports came after I reported Amy Veal for selling me a puppy that died of Parvo!

NOTICE OTHER REPORTS, even Karla's own complaint about a fellow breeder

AUTHOR: Ann - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, November 09, 2006

Karla Clippanger, I believe her name is Clippinger, has also posted a report against a breeder named Amy Veal, Black Creek Farm claiming that Amy sent her a puppy with Parvo and it died. Amy replaced the puppy even supposedly having her own dogs tested for Parvo and none came up positive. Karla claims she had no Parvo on her property. Yet, a person from Montana filing a report says he purchased a puppy from Karla who arrived with Parvo. That to me means that someone is not telling the truth and looks to me like Amy Veal sent her a replacement puppy out of good faith when maybe the Parvo originated at Karla's. I just find it kind of ironic that Karla complains about other breeders and then treats her own customers worse than this breeder treated her. For her to argue and tell the customer that he shouldn't have purchased a puppy online and sight unseen, what does that say about her online business? Is her attitude, "Oh, well...that's what you get"??? Just my observations here. Comments???
