This advertise for consumers to donate their cars and receive a tax statement for an IRS deduction.

The company will quickly arrange to have your vehicle picked up. My vehicle was picked up on 8/15/16 with an invoice stating my IRS statement will be sent out 2 to 4 weeks from pickup. After a four weeks I contacted the company on 9/1/16 to get an update and was told there was an issue with my VIN and Title, I responded that's impossible as the VIN number was in fact listed correctly on the pick-up statement which the towing company completed identifying the vehicle donation. After a couple more weeks I contacted the company on 9/22 and 10/13/16 only to be told the vehile had not gone to the auction. On 10/19 I was informed the vehicle would be sold one week from 10/28/16. On 12/7/16 I contacted the company to again inquire about my IRS statement to be informed it was mailed to me on 11/27/16 but would be remailed and emailed.

I received the email of the invoice which was the very same invoice I recieved on 8/15/16 the date the vehicle was picked up stating I could do an up to $500 IRS deduction? I called and ask how can I get the very same receipt same date (8/15/16) and all when the car wasn't sold until November. I questions the fact that this company is picking up vehicles selling them for what ever price and only claiming the vehicles are being sold from less than $500.00.

This process of shadeness is clearly not in the best insterest of the consumer. Anyone who's donated to any charity knows you can report donations to the IRS for $500 or less without a Tax ID receipt.

This company is taking advantage of a consumer need to be charitable, who on earth donates a fully functioning vehicle with 4 new tires to be told it sold for less than $500 when the fair market value was quadrupled.
