On July 7 2014 I put $2000 cash down on a 2001 Dodge Ram . I was guaranteed the vehicle would pass safety and emission inspections ,also guaranteed I had 10 days 100% repair on any issues found and lastly I could return the vehicle minus a $275 restocking fee. On July 8  2014 I returned with the vehicle for a refund as described. I was denied and told I have to give them a chance to make repairs. So I asked if I could  to leave vehicle for repairs and again I was denied and told  that  the soonest they could look at the vehicle was  July 17 2014. I left and returned on July 12 the with a list of issues with the vehicle including transmission, failed emissions,missing window seal,cracked dash, excessive rust, bad tire ,broken dome,wheel alignment act; Again denied a refund and scheduled  an appointment scheduled for July 23 2014 due to parts they had to order.So I return July 23 2014 at opening and I'm asked whets wrong with the vehicle. I state its in the work order in which they ordered parts.I leave and return 30 min to closing to pick up vehicle and nothing is done. The associate now agrees to a refund for $1030 due to mileage on vehicle. I deny refund and ask for reschedule for repairs and also the keys to the vehicle. I'm told I have to accept the $1030 refund and that I'm not getting the keys. I call local police  and Officer Mull berry and Officer Hendrix pull up on the scene. I explain the situation and they go in to get my keys.The Officer states that I  can't return to the car lot and I'm on my own for repairs which told by the  car lot. So now I have no way to get the vehicle repaired and no way to make payment. At this point I want a full refund of my $2000 cash.I have not contacted them as they told the officers to tell me
