Kasamba Not refunding Internet

I've been using Kasamba and spent lots of money. Last night I had chat with one psychic. I was so excited to talk to her after I read her reviews. Finally, I had a chance to chat with her. However, she was not able to give me the straight answers. I had to ask her same question to get straight answers... It never happened to me before. Time just went by and at end I spend 60mins with her. Then I got disconnected... I tried to reconnect with her but it was not successful. When I ask same questions to other psychics, I spend only 15-20 mins. I don't say that the psychic was bad it just time consuming to get the answers. I asked Kasamba customer service for full or partial refund and they denied my request... They gave me 33% off coupon but I need to use it in 3weeks. What happened the un satisfied refund policy? I've been a good customer and I get this treatment? No credit or refund? I am not happy with their customer service at all.
