  • Kay Foster. 2590 North Brook Place Naples, Florida USA

Kay Foster. Kay Hill. 7903 Fondren Rd.Houston, Tx 77074 She was so convincing at my lowest point in my life, she took advantage of me. I gave her 8,000 she said she could make my life happy and bring my love back to me, she made it sound so real and she was on point to my feelings and understood me, she made a promise and I take promises so seriously she gave me her word and told me she does not want her reputation ruined and has helped many people.. Again she was so convincing.. I am in debt now and my husband does not know I don't want him to know it will destroy us.. I want my money back. Naples Florida

I was told that I would have my life back she was so convincing..she told me her computers were down due to all the weather in houston Tx, she asked me to send the money fedex, which I have receipt for..I sent her 8,000 to remove bad spell on me

I was so down and upset about. My life situation that she made it sound so real. I believed her, cause I have had readings before and never had a problem, but she said it was so bad that she needed to remove a spell.. again I believed her.

she was right on and to the point that is why it sounded so convincing to me.. I was really looking forward to a happy life back. But now that she has the money she does not respond to me at all..check the number and find her I want my money back.

I went to the bank and withdrew the money myself cause like I said she was so convincin.. My credit will be ruined now and I don't think that is fair to me.. I know I fell for it but I have been to some before and again never had this issue.. I want her stopped in her tracks before she gets someone else.. I want my money back and soon..

No Proof

The problem with this kind of thing is that you can't really prove that she didn't try. Even if psychic abilities exist, that doesn't mean a psychic will never be wrong. That being said, this woman is clearly a scam artist because she charged you an insane amount of money & requested it in cash. If you are going to attempt to get your money back you need to do so immediately - the longer you wait, the harder it will be. If I were you - and for that amount of money - I would try as many ways possible. I would contact all of the following businesses to see if there's anything that can be done: Police dept, Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, FedEx, your bank, State Attorney's Office.

I also found this great article regarding psychic scams: erinpavlina.com/blog/2010/01/avoid-this-common-psychic-scam/

Scam...

YOU can want all you like, that's the problem with a scam!!! While Im sure it was comforting to have someone sympathize with your situation the reality is that it was ALL a scam, PERIOD!! YOU wont be seeing your money back, not until that person is CAUGHT and prosecuted!!! And even THEN you wont see any money. YOUR 8 grand was probably spent long ago, more then likely RIGHT AFTER you gave it to that person. Firstly, ask yourself a question, its an important one. If this person can make YOU happy WHY do they NEED money?? The last time I checked SPIRITS and the UNIVERSE have no need for MATERIAL items like MONEY!!! THAT is an invention of MAN!!! SO THAT should have been the first clue to YOU that this person is FAKE!!!! YOU fell for one of the OLDEST tricks in the book. That person did what was called a "Cold Read" on you. Meaning they took what they were observing of your behavior and made a few educated guesses as to what was wrong with you. You wont see your money back unless YOU can get the police to start an investigation and get this person arrested. Once convicted the Judge will order RESTITUTION!!! Then YOU have a CHANCE at getting your money back.
