Ok I have never met or spoken to a discombobulated un-trained customer service rep and it's hard to name them all but the most recent one is "Monica" she does not even know how to speak to a consumer. I have been treated like crap because I was running behind on a payment, after being with this company for ten years. I tried explaining the fact that I had a few deaths in the family and they were all extremely rude! If I were a consumer I would never go for this credit card! The store employees are worse! They threaten to kick you out if you even mention to another consumer about their so called credit card program. It's a joke! I have never felt so emotionally drained by a company like this!

Ok so apparently I offended someone by stating the truth and if no one likes what I read do not read it. If I offended you then you go shop there.

Not a Ripoff

First off, yes having several relatives pass is a rough time.  But it does not take away from the fact that you still have obligations you need to meet.  Just because a person doesn't do what you want does not mean that they are "untrained", it just means that they are not doing what you want.  You can claim that they are rude, but of course we are only hearing 1 side of the story.  So sorry this is not a RipOff. It doesn't matter if you were a customer for 1 year or 100 years.

If you take it to the level of going into one of their stores and start to "bad mouth" them to other customers, they have every right to ask you to leave.  If you refuse to leave they also have every right to contact the police and have them issue you a trespass warning where if you return they will arrest you.  Oh and yes they can do this because it is private property.  Oh and before you go off and say that oh yes they would do that because they are an "evil" store, realize that if you tried to do that with any business you would get the same reaction. Now, if you want to "bad mouth" them, get on a public street, and make yourself a sign and a few leaflets.  Perhaps you may even get the local news media to follow your story.

By the way exactly what did you want them to do?
