Kayak East Coast Extemely bad experience with this company...contacted the BBB, Attorney General, Consumer Affairs ...everyone who has been victimized by this vendor should report them Pasedena maryland

I reported Kayak East Coast to the BBB and here's what happened....I'm escalating to other agencies.....I encourage other "victims" to do the same....we need to stop other consumers from making the same mistake we did by engaging with thiis terrible company.

We are at an "unresolved and therefore, closed" status on my efforts to go to arbitration with this terrible vendor. The prcocess is in the best interest of the vendor and certainly not the consumer. The BBB;s description of arbitration led me to believe that if one party decides not to participate, then the BBB may determine that party's unwillingness to participate will result in a different final response than just unresolved. Is there nothing more the BBB can do at this time?

In BBB Binding Arbitration, the parties state their views at a hearing, offer evidence, and let an impartial third party from the BBB pool of certified arbitrators make the decision that will end the dispute. Is that not going to happen?

Excuse my ignorance but it is so hard to believe that Kayak East Coast, who has an "F" rating on BBB, can refuse to go to arbitration and then the case is closed? Is there no other means to get them to take responsibility? Knowing the way the owner of this company operates, had I known that the ball was in his court at the end of this long line of communication these past few days, I probably wouldn't have spent so much time going back and forth with him. I have goobled other agencies that might be able to expend legal action toward this terrible vendor.

You could file for dispute resolution with the state of new jersey go to this link for instructions: www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/adr/index.htm.  However, this particular company no longer has a license to do home repairs in NJ so it may not get you anywhere.

It is a shame that owners of company's and it's employees have to put up with the
the verbal abuse of customers who really want something for free!!!
And then try to discredit there company's name in every way ,shape or form.
Too bad there is not an agency that we could report customers for trying to get over on company's!. Sorry to say but this would be one customer for that agency.
For the record every attempt was made to make this customer happy but when you give an inch they want an arm!! We have decided to give her the arm.
