On 12/09/10 a representative of KC Promotions came to my door selling a coupon book for Meineke Car Care Center for $50. It sounded like a decent deal, but I did not have the money at the time. He insisted I could post date a check for whenever would work for me. I proceeded to write a check dated for 01/07/11. They deposited the check on 12/13/10.

I have since been in contact via phone and email with Pat Shane and Chris Armstrong who first said they would have a refund check cut and mailed to me on 12/27/10. That never happened. Chris then said he was back in Arizona and would meet me and bring me $50 cash. Twice he said he would call me back later in the day and meet with me and it never happened. Now he is no longer returning my calls. I don't believe they ever intended to give me my money back.

I haven't even tried to use any of the coupons yet to see if they are even valid.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you had troubles, this is the first time I'm
hearing about your problem. If you send your copy
of receipt / proof of payment to our office "IN CARE OF HEATHER @ KC
PROMOTIONS 401 S Clairborne Rd Olathe KS 66062 suite 203" with a printed
copy of emails including time stamps and dates or any other proof of
attempted communication you may have, such as a copy of phone record and ofcourse your bank records. Really anything and everything you have to prove or validate your complaint. I will be more then happy to review your information and process a solution for you.

I have never heard of our office prematurely taking money from our clients, however no one is perfect and mistakes are always possible. If you can prove your claim I can assure you we will compensate you. However our product is 100% legitimate.The back of it is a legal contract and the shop will uphold it, if ever a shop of ours declines to honor the contract we do take action on them immediately and move our clients to our next closest shop.
