I bought KD Publishing Pro software from this company and when I tried to use the software to load my ebook to kindle, it kept asking me for a digital ID. I contacted the company about the problem and they said that I might have an older version and they gave me the link to the version I already had. I downloaded it to make sure I did have the right version. The problem was the same and I reported back to the company 5 more times without any contact from them at all.
I have not been able to use this software and I won't be able to because of this issue. I am reporting them because they left me without helping me fix the problem. I told them that I have been trying to reaching them over and over and I said this last time was going to be my last time. This is why I am now reporting them on this website. They have very bad customer support and I have read in other forums that the software doesn't do what they said it does.

After reading this report it seems you may have bought this from one of our white label customers who has the rights to sell the product in the same fashion that we do We have a full time customer service rep who handles all questions that come through. We have also sold over 10,000 copies of our software since 2012 and we continue to service our product
Anyone who is not happy with our product gets a full refund if they ask for it. I send those requests directly to our customer service rep and he processes the refunds We have no interest in keeping people's money who do not like the software
In addition we have a members area with videos showing how to use the software, but we do not provide one on one support on how to use the software The reason for this is because our software is only a one time fee of $27, so that is not enough money to provide one on one resources for all our customers
The software is kept up to date when changes are made and we've updated the software 9 times since 2012. If you still have the software and need assistance finding the videos in the members area as well as a new link to the latest version, send us an email.
