KDP Pubnlishing Pro Does not work as promised Internet

As with the other complaintant, I too, just purchased the software.  1/31/17.  Went through the gyrations to get my manuscript ready for publishing on Kindle and got mthe same rejectiion the other complaintant got.  Rejected bcause there was no digital ID.  No amount of research showed me whnat a didgital id was.  The company responded first that the other person must hae an older version and he should down load newer version.  He did and it still did not work.  I have newer mversion and it does not work.  The company should have admitted the glitch and explained how to either fix it or offer the money back.  I am tired of these rikp off artists and have also, compalined to pauypal with request that their accolunt me terminated.
