I started on the path to weight loss and fitness and thought it would be best to start with a trainer who could teach me routines, form, diet, and hold me accounable.  I found this guy on craigslist, contacted him and we met at his so called facillity on 15 mile and Groesbeck.  He was very quick to request I pay up  front and if I did this in full I would receive a discount.  I blame myself for not doing the research, and jumping too quck into it.  I guess I was sold on what I thought was his fitness knowledge, and drive to create a successful small business.  I gave this man over a thousand dollars to begin a 6 month program of health and fitness.  What was I thinking!?  

After 2 so called sessions, (both of which he was late for and had to reschedule) he disapeared.  His voicemail box was full, and he was nowhere to be found.  After some research, I discovered he was in JAIL!  Check Google, all of his crooked life and record is out there.  He had complained to me about all of the so called struggles he was going through during my 2 sessions wiith him.  Women problems and money problems are not a very proffesional thing to talk about to your clients.  I'm here to train, not be your therapist.  Low and behold, he was in jail for AGGRAVATED STALKING!  Amongst other  things I'm sure of it

I did some searching and found more people who were in the same boat as me.  Fortunatley, they were not foolish enough to give him as much money as I did.  He got out of jail and instantly filed bankruptcy naming me as a creditor releasing him of having to pay back his debts.  How conveinient for him, and now I'm out a bunch of money.  I'm sure that money I gave him went to getting himself out of the problems he got himslef into in the first place.  Good for you Keegan!  

I contaced him one time after he got out of jail, and he offered to give me the rest of my sessions. Great!  Thats just the kind of guy I want working for me!  A criminal who filed bankruptcy, and screwed over multiple people.  The last thing I or anyonne else for  that matter should want  is to be within 100' of this crook.  Judging by his criminal record, I would consider him dangerous, and am taking a risk of him retaliating at me for even posting this on here.  I beleive he is that kind of person and would do that.

In closing, I would strongly recommned to anyone who is researching him, or looking to hire his services.  RUN!!  far away and as fast as you can!!  Do not give this man a red cent of your hard earned money, because he doesnt deserve it.  He will steal from you just like he has the many other people out there.  Don't listen to his sob stories about his hard life.  He put himself in the situations he is/was in, and he robbed people on his way down.  Do your research, it's all out there.  I hope his attempts at business fail, and I wish everyone in the world could see this post.

Health and wellness are important.  Join a gym, and make friends.  Some gyms have trainers there, and the equipment is 10 times better than the garage sale stuff he had.  The price probably isn't much more than his astronomical rates as well.  6 months later I'm healthier than I've ever been going my own suggested route, and I don't need the services of this crooked trainer.  Thanks for reading, and tell all of your friends and family to stay far, far away!
