On Two separate occasions I hired this company to perform housecleaning services using a voucher purchased trough "Deal Chicken" One the first occasion they called to advise they were coming two hours earlier then scheduled. I was not going to be home during that time and asked them to come later. When I questioned they indicated that was the all they could do. I was not pleased that they were going to be cleaning my house while I was not there as this was the first time they were coming. I reluctantly agreed because my husband made arrangements to be in his home office and I was in a bind since they pretty much said take it or leave it. The cleaning job was OK but not really anything spectacular. I had to provide my own equipment because what they brought was not doing a very good job. The timing was extremely inconvenient and they gave no apologies only excuses. On the second attempt to use this company, I asked that they clean my mothers home which was smaller. I called two weeks out and they could not accommodate me within the time frame requested so I took an appointment outside of the designated voucher times. The appointment was a window of time as they could not commit to a specific time. I accepted and asked my parents to wait for two hours for them to come.

30 minutes before the time was up they called and said there was no way they could get to them in time but might be another hour. I was not pleased but said it would suffice since they had four people and that would put them there at 4:30 and they needed to be done by 5:30. 5:30 came and went. No phone call, I finally called the owner at 5:30 who said her staff was not coming. I asked if she thought a phone call would have been in order and she said she thought it was taken care of. When I tried explaining that it was important that schedules be adhered to and that what was suppose to be a gift for my Mother had turned into a wasted afternoon and a still messy house Jennifer made no apologies. Only excuses. She indicated her staff had forgotten keys. spent their day trying to track down keys for other clients. were too busy etc. I asked for a refund and she said to call Deal Chicken. Deal Chicken said to call Keeping a Clean House.  Now they say they will give me $39 dollars off a cleaning they charge $110 for.  This is crazy bad service and there is no way I would let these people in my house again.

I am confident that any client that does their due deligence will find out the true story on the customer service with this company.  It is unfortunate that this company was able to delete the other negative feedback and reviews because they were on a Facebook page she controlled.  There are many people in this world that work way to hard for their money and they do turn to places like Dealchicken and Groupon and Living Social to get discounts on a service that they may not be able to afford otherwise.  Luckyily I can afford a good cleaining service and this one is not it.  This has never been about the money, it is about the attitude lies, and fact that this company comes to peoples homes and should be trusted.

I felt compelled to share my story to prevent others from suffering the same issues.  Some people are just not cut out to run a business.  I had hoped this company was just dealing with "growing pains" as many companies will from time to time.  However, the responses to comments lead me to believe it is a lost cause.  I am done here. Good luck to any other consumers, and good luck to this company!

After reading report after report this client has made on almost every website she could. I would think she would just be happy she got her refund. I called Dealchicken several times on her behave. When I referred to treatment of the employees I refered to the phone conversation she had with 2 different employees. The yelling occured with my conversation with her. I did apologize the Friday she called and there was a misunderstanding with the lady who was lead and was to come out. No where in the contract with dealchicken does it state that the promotional company is to give the refund. There is a 14 day refund with dealchicken. I admit there are bumps at times when doing business, however business is good and I have some great clients.

I suggest anyone who is interested in using a cleaning company do thier due deligence. There was absolutely no yelling and no issues with me and her staff except for the fact that the time was changed so many times that when they finished they were gone before I could get home to talk with them any further. If you will notice my original notes it is clear I was not there my husband was and he was down in his home office with the door closed. (Evidence owner lies) My husband said Her workers looked sad and beat down by what appeared to be their constant issue of being put in the middle of unhappy customers and a owner who has no clue how to run a businees.

I should note that after a month and without request Deal Chicken contacted me and gave me a FULL REFUND becasue they had other complaints and relaized that was not how they wanted to do business.  I should also mention that the refund was outside of their normal business policies but becasue they did have others complain they wanted to "Make it Right".  This is not about the money this is about preventing this business from taking advantage of other people. Especially since you are inviting them in your home.  

There are several other negative complaints about this company on Facebook and other sites. She has since taken down some of her facebook comments that were a rant about not caring about people who complain about her .  Wish she would focus on getting her act together and stop all this negative stuff!!!!

This client was very rude and hard to deal with. She paid dealchicken thats where she needs to get a refund. The girl were treated terrible by this client. She yelling and acting crazy so no we don't want to deal with this kind of treatment.
