Keirith Synder ordered a spa cover from us.  We shipped it per her specifications.  The cover arrived damaged by the trucking company so we had it sent back for repair.  Keirith was extremely rude to our office staff and wanted to make changes to her original order, for the inconvenience we obliged. Made her an entirely new brand new cover from scratch along with upgraded changes for no additional charge.  The new cover shipped to Keirith and arrived, Keirith signed for it. Then we received a chargeback from her credit card company for $425.99 plus $35 fee.  We have been calling, and emailing keirith with ZERO reply.  As of now we are out $460.99 total; Keirith has been non responsive and has our spa cover, unpaid for.  We are attempting to dispute her chargeback but these are often unsuccessful.  We will attempt to file an out of state lien and lawsuit if not paid.

 

One of several emails which has gone ignored:

Keirith Snyder,

Accounting has informed us that you did a charge back on your credit card

for the amount of $425.99 ??? We understand that the first cover arrived damaged.

We explained to you that we would take care of it and you would need to be patient.

Because you wanted changes to the replacement cover,,(we never make changes to the original order,

but we made an exception in your case),we had the production manager call you to

confirm the changes to the replacement cover. The production manager said,you never

mentioned anything about doing a charge back on your credit card or cancelling the order.

also put your replacement cover ahead of all the other orders,shipped cover out the following

Monday and it arrived that week and was signed for. See attached copy of the delivery invoice.

Nothing was noted on second delivery about damage of any kind .

Because you did a charge back on your card,we were charged an additional $35.00. We can not

control what happens to our spa covers,once they leave the factory but, we feel we acted promptly

in resolving this issue. We are now requesting to recharge your credit card for the total of

$460.99 .The cost of the cover plus the charge back fee.

.We also left a message on your phone yesterday Monday 3/6/2017 with no response so

far. You recd the cover , we expect to receive our money before this matter escalates further

This woman still has our spa cover and has NOT PAID A RED CENT for it!!  She was told to #1 return the cover, or #2 PAY FOR IT, or be sued!

 

She writes a letter claiming if we want the spa cover back we should pay for the shipping...
