KEITH BARNHART Con man , swindler , predator Sunnyvale, California

Keith Barnhart's lies and poor lifestyle have finally caught up with him and I was a witness to it all in court on Feb 24th 2012.

Keith Barnhart's lawyer arrived to court 10 minutes late and immediately the purgery began . Barnharts lawyer requested a continuation of the case stating that Keith Barnhart's mother was in hospital and passing, the motion was denied.  This was later confirmed to be untrue.

The lies spewed out like lava from an erupting volcano, a few examples are as follows : That all the signatures the plaintiff had of Keith Barnhart's were forgeries - (documents were produced to show this was Keith Barnhart's signature) Keith Barnhart attempted to produce a payment from sale of equipment to pay the note - (no money was paid towards the note as the plaintiff's bookkeeper produced evidence showing this) Barnhart stated that he and the plaintiff were going to be married ( news to me ! And I have known the plaintiff for 16 years )  Keith Barnhart had to be warned in court by the plaintiff's lawyer "under penalty of perjury"

After witnessing this case, one can only imagine the lies that Keith Barnhart told in court during the first hearing.  The judge ruled in favor of the plaintiff and Keith Barnhart has been ordered to pay the promissory note in full.  Unfortunately for the plaintiff this amount is only a drop in the bucket to what is owed
