Keith & Jamie Skidmore Deadbeat Tenants Cutler Bay Florida

 These two deadbeats are making a habit out of renting a property and then stop paying rent and force you to go through the expense of evicting them.  They did this on the prior residence they rented and are now doing it again where they live on Dominican Drive in Cutler bay Fl.  I searched public records prior to renting to them but the county had not updated the computer system to reflect the eviction of the prior residence before I signed them to a lease. 

Keith Skidmore has held may jobs over the last few years I believe it is his superior to you attitude that gets him pushed out the door.  Jamie Skidmore his wife and enabler does something with dog grooming or dog sitting or some sort of story like that.  Do not know what really to believe with her. 

They violated the lease almost immediately by introducing multiple dogs when they said they only had one.  Then telling us they did not smoke in the house well that was a lie also.  They are very skilled in ripping you off on this little scam and getting 2 to 3 months free rent.  The dirt bags put padlocks on the fron gates and would not allow us access to inspect the property "That doesn't work for us" said the arrogant (word far below gentleman).

DO NOT rent to these people they got behind several times because he kept loosing his job (Of course never his fault) and like dummies we worked with them and set up a payment program so they could stay in the house.  Apparently being a kind thoughtful landlord just makes you an easy target for trailer trash like these folks. SO if you read this please please please do not rent to them unless you are prepared to go through the legal system and force a sheriffs eviction.
