Keller Williams Realty - Kim Williams sold me a molded house and went to vegas and then LIED! Lakeland Florida

Me and My husband bought our first home in lakeland florida in 2006 We used Kim Williams from keller williams she acted like our best friend ,like we had known her our hole life.We meet with her plenty of times thru out the closing process at her office in lakeland florida where her husband and her clean the office for the company.we sat that night and setted up the inspections that was needed with closing i wrote the checks and we left later that week i placed a call to kim williams and asked her if everything came back okay with our inspection reports ( she was on speakerphone and my mother in law and father in law were sitting right there and she stated that the termite report came back and it was clean )so we continued to close i never ever recieved a copy of the termite report my signature is no where on it and my title company that i closed with did not have it in there documents either wich they had a copy of other ionspection we had done.

Five months into our home we found a little water leak not even 3,000 dollars worth when we went to clean it up i was told that we had mold by a professional mold finder i payed four grand to have mold removed me and my two sons and husband slept ina rv outside of my home in our yard intil they county kicked us out so we went and stayed with my sister and her family ... the machines they used to cleand out the mold was so hot and loud that it melted all my candles even my wedding ones melted them completely they had my hole living room blocked and shut off the had to take out a whole wall in a half after the mold was taken out and cleaned we then found out that we had tremendous termite problems (so bad the two by four shredded in your hand like a cracker and this was holding my house together and my upstairs master bedroom the professional that came out had two jack up my house three inches from where it was calapsing into my living room the professional said that for it to be that bad it had to be damaged along time.

that was listed on the report we never saw damage we ended up paying 4500.00 to have the termite damage redone and the worse thing is i dont know how much it continues thru my home because i dont have the money to keep looking and ripping out walls. then she neglect to tell me since i hired this termite company that i had a one year free service when i found out i called the company and they told me i was to late and should have called them before repairing it and they didint help us at all.

i was also told i was being sold a three bedroom two bath home 1859 sq feet and to find out legally my home is only a two bedroom one in a half bath there is no heat or airconditiong ran to the third bedroom so it is not liveable space. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO EXPEIREINCE AND ARE LIERS.
