Keller Williams Realty Michael Sikes - Realtor Keller Williams Realty and Michael Sikes mislead and deceived me when they were my sellers agent waco texas

I recently sold my house thru Keller Williams and Micheal Sikes, located at (((redacted))) in Temple, TX.  I was mislead by Mr Sikes regarding the offer and the closing of my property.  During the negotiation of the acceptance of an offer, I agreed to pay out of the proceeds of the house, the brokers commission, $5000 in closing cost and $495 towards a home owner warranty.

At closing I had to pay $1159.80 for “portion of owners portion paid by seller”.  This was above the $5000 of closing cost that I had agreed to and paid.  I was not told of this or presented any information of the closing cost or amounts until just before, the time of closing at 4:00 on a Friday.  When I disputed this item, Mr Sikes said he could not authorize the refund of these funds but would get with his brokers the next week.  He also pushed that the new owners and their baby were waiting at the house with all their belongings, for the keys so they could move in.  After giving him a week to get this matter resolved, he told me that neither he, nor his broker would be refunding any of the additional closing cost that I paid.  Not only was I mislead at the time of the offer, by Mr Sikes that was supposed to be my Realtor.  I was also deceived by not being notified or given any of the closing docs until just before the time of closing when it would be too late to get anything corrected.
