Keller Williams Rob Kittle, Sara Rowan, Lisa Meyer, Kittle Team. They screwed me and Quit in the middle of my contract, then accused me of harassment and threats! Ft Collins, Colorado

About two yrs ago I went online to look for a condo in northern Colorado! A few nights later I recieved a call from a Sara Rowan who said she was with Keller Williams and asked if I needs help. I explained that I was handicapped and had a pet bird! She sent some nice condos, then all she seemed to send where 2 story and garden levels. I reminded her of my handicap and still more bad listings came. We followed each others Facebook and shared her dog Shebas death and Sara's pool play! After a yr or so I decided it wasn't working(online home shopping). So I told Sara in March of 2012 that I was paying my lease off 3 months early, buying a Honda van, packing a POD and heading to Ft Collins around mid
To late April! But I told Sara that I could not financially afford 30 days in a hotel, and Sara's reply was don't worry I know people, come on out just let her know when. Took care of business and by April 1st I was ready to leave on noon Friday April 20th, arriving that Sunday. Told Sara and made a lunch appointment for
Monday, well that was no show #1, made lunch on day 3 and she pawns me off to some other person I'd never meet, Sara said she and the other person would get some listings together( should have been done already) the next day. I did not see a house for nine days!!! I told her at lunch that I was not having any luck finding a place to stay due to cost and I have my Conure Beaker with me in the van!!! Sara's reply was my mom stayed at the Bestwestern hotel and liked it!! That was "Her People". After 7 or 8 days of BS like I have something urgent or I have meeting from 9:30am till 3pm. I called Sara and asked if her boss knew that I was living in a van while she's in meetings, and she got pissed for me calling her out! I said I will call back If I want to continue with Keller Williams. Soon after I hung up a agent from Keller Williams called me back and said
she had over heard Sara's and my call, and wanted to help save the sale! Her name is Lisa Meyer, she asked what it would take to help, I said show me some houses for God sakes I've been here 9 days and I'm living in my van. Went out the next day and put an offer on the 2nd one. I asked Lisa about finding someplace till closing(>30 days), her reply was try Craigslist! I've been in and out hotels now for over 105 days now, thanks Sara! I found out at the condo that Lisa is Sara's boss, and Sara is no one, a Internet contact person I guess. We sign contract with each other and shoot them an offer to buy. Lisa hands me the paperwork and says while in your van make sure you read this stuff. Now off to our lender FirstCal. Lender ran by Catherine Easue and her assistant Chad Williams. They come in a go your locked in at 4.375% 30 yr fixed, closing cost are $4735( double the 2% I was told to expect) then Catherine left the room and Chad finished up long story short Chad wanted ME to LEND him money for a company HE has ownership in!(foul # 1) . By the way my FICO was avg. 804 at this point. I leave the lender and am freaked out by this. I'm in the van that night and I read the contract for the condo, and by god someone has put in the contract that my condo has and comes with an " attached two car garage"! And we all missed it when signing it, buyers, sellers, everybody signed it! I sat down the next day with Lisa and due to Sara misrepresenting herself and her ability, the lender doing preditary lending practices, and her typing error that I might have to seek legal advise !! !!!!! Well they circle the wagons and sent their attorney after me about false claims against his company, sexual harassment, threats, pulled Lisa Meyer off and gave me to JoAnne Johnson to close. I never saw an attorney, that's a whole deal itself! A day or two to closing and they QUIT and washed their hands. Deal fell thru!
Tried once more on a condo by Mead, made an Offer, they accepted, good ending right..... Nope the selling agent FORGOT to update her listing, the HOA went from $184 to $221, Sorry! My FICO is now 784 I'm out about $20,000, bought a RV and getting out of this messed up place.
