Kelli Infiniti is a dealer to look out for, their deceptive practices make them a dangerous predator.  They offer reasonable prices and treat you well when you browse their inventory on site, but after making a deal, beware of their terms, when you finance a vehicle through them, they will make you a terrible offer and claim to only honor their vehicle price if you accept their terms right on the spot.  Many dealers train their finance managers and sales managers to be rude, arrogant and deceptive, but when a car dealer's general manager is rude, arrogant and deceptive, there is no chance of getting a good deal or service. 

This dealer is just like any other, they don't value the customer, if they only knew that good customers keep coming back, they would treat them right the first time and better when they return.  You can rest assured that customer loyalty means nothing to them, they function under the business motto 'business is business', so anything goes.  I am trying to be as polite as possible and honest about my claim so all readers take this seriously, this is not a bashing contest or unsatisfied customer revenge, simply my experience dealing with this car dealership that is run by an ignorant group of liars that are worse than vultures.
