Kellies Auto Sales After two no help Columbus, Ohio

So I brought a car a kellies auto sales, I was looking for an van I found a Ford Freestar 2004. Like any buyer I was happy to get the car I wanted. After the second day, the started this jerking feeling.

I adressed the salesperson who got me the car they told me to go to autozone to get an disnostic. I went and did that it was egr vavle. I told and the sleaperson told to pay to ahve it replace and let us know we will reinburse you.

After I was driving the car and and it started to jerk again to i put some stp fuel injector thinking it might up the issue. It but, came back to the car wouldn't drive at all without cutting off. I called  an mechanic to it of course buying the valve.

During the processs the egr tube was find to be losse that ahd to be replaced. on top of that the transmission was flushed(wich looked like mud!), and the filrter changed. It still wouldn't run so i got an tune up I did all from my pocket because they claimed they don't repairs, and all their cars are 100% as is.

My wife and I called and called trying to get in touch with with the person who sold the car and found he wa no longer with the company! they offered to work with me on discounts for the parts. I still don't feel like an valued customer.

I are first three payments are outrageous! I can't wait to get out my loan with them. If ask me they are cold heartless business selling used cars!
