Kelly Printing Supplies Fraudulent claims and service Las Vegas, Nevada

A salesman called to offer what sounded like a great deal.  Guaranteed double page count ink cartridges, made in the USA, 30 day open account.  No mention was made at all about multiple shipment agreements or the fact that you can't return cartridges for cash.

The first shipment arrived at more than the agreed price.  The cartridges register as empty in the printer, so you never really know how much ink is in there. I definitely have not gotten double page count per cartridge and the printing is uneven tone.

The shipping department called to confirm the second of three shipments.  I said there shouldn't be a second shipment because I had only agreed to the one and they told me in order to get the "low" price of the first shipment it came with the agreement of three orders.  Again, NO mention of that in the initial phone call.  The agent agreed to only send one more shipment.  It remains to be seen if they stick to that.

I had two cartridges explode on me today and customer service is unreachable.  You have to pay a 20% restocking fee for returned cartridges and can only get replacements, not refunds.

There was no true disclosure as to their real operations and this is the worst example of poor customer service and business practices I have ever been exposed to.
