Kelly Services Tina and Stephnie Fraud, Deceptive, Liars, Abusive perryville Missouri
Kelly Employment Services in Perryville Missouri does only contract people into TG Missouri, no other company. I was hired by Kelly Services and interviewed by both Tina the office Manager and Stephnie who administered a series of dexterity tests before actually being allowed to work on the TG floor. I started out as parts QC on days while taking the mandatory TG training program. After maybe 3 weeks I was moved from Parts QC to Mold Set which is a very physical demanding position. This shif I was put on was terminated just prior to Christmas. When I was brought back after Christmas break I was given random jobs around the plant from QC of parts to sweeping floors to restocking empty parts containers in the Shipping and receiving Department. A position became available in what was the Chrome Department. I was instructed by TG nurse i had to take a physical specifically to work in this department. I was also informed I had to be drug tested a second time to work in this department. I waws informaed by both TG Nurse and Kelly this was a new Physical processs and nobody really knew what they were doing. I reported the following morning to the Family Clenic in the Perryville Hospital parking lot as required. When I was called for the appointment I was seen by a Staff Nurse who alson was not sure of what the Physical consisted of. Blood was taken and a lung capacity test was performed. The Nurse also wanted to know the meds I was on and also wanted a urin sample. I was not able to provide the meds list or the urin sample due to some medication I was on for water control. I was advised by the nurse doing the physical doing the Physical I could provide what was needed in two weeks when I returned for the second half of the physical. I returned to TG and began my work in the Chrome Department. I had been working there for a week and was called into the Kelly office and asked about my Drug Test. I informed Tina where I was sent for the physical they did not do Drug Screens and I would ahve to be sent to the Hospital for the test. This is where Tina learned a new corporate buzz word called "Samantics" when it came to drug screens. She would not believe the clinic I was sent to would not do drug screens or that I would be allowed to return in 2 weeks to follow up on information. COme to find out the nurse performing the physical lied about the appointment when she said I could return in two weeks. She said I had refused to provide the clinic the information they required when requested from me. How can you decline to give information you do not have on you at the time ? ? ? I had to get the drug screen paperwork from Tina and return back to the hospital again for the test. Once completed I returned back to my position in Chrome and continues to work. The following week I was called out of Chrome and was told I failed the breath part of the physical which surprised me. I was taken from Chrome and put in parst assembly for front bumper clips to replace an individual named Dawn who had taken a position elswhere in the plane. The first 4hrs I was in this position I was not allowed to touch anything or do anything but was expected to take this position and perform the work. At lunch break I spoke with the Lead Tech about when I would be allowed to actually work the part. It was not until near the end of shift before I was allowed to touch any parts. Shortly after I was pulled from that task and put on parts qc where it took the machine a very long time to produce a single part leaving me standing between parts waiting for the machine. It was not long I was moved from there to the SShipping and receiving department sorting empty parts containers. It was not long after that I was called to the Kelly office and advised my terms was over and I was no longer needed. I was told I was being released because I did not play well with others. I asked about my pay for working in the different departments and Stephnie informed me I would not be getting the pay because they would ahve to take me back to the wage I was already making. Now I call this Payroll Failure. What is noted about the TG MIssouri inviornemt is that it is extreamly hostile and verbally abusive to the Kelly Employees and Kelly does nothing about the situation, NOTHING. This has to be the worst branch of Kelly I ahve ever worked in having had worked COntract Houses in Denver for some 8yrs. There has NEVER been any question of wages with any other contractor until this situation with KElly at TG Missouri. Kelly Corporate in Troy Michigan indicated they did not care what took place in the Perryville office or the staff was shorting employees wages.
