Kelly Services Employee Randy Misleading information Vernon Hills, Illinois

After a couple months of unemployment I got a call from Kelly Services and it was offer me a job that I accept because in the interview video were saying that if I dont like the job the send me to a different one and they toll me that if I have any problem just let them know, so they can do something about it and I believed that. So I start working and was bad, but not to much, because I was not working under microscope/. I start working on August 6 and I was doing catheter molding, and then switch me to work under the microscope 3 day in my second week and I call the Agent and I toll him that it was very stressful for my eyes to work under the microscope , and then they send me to mold the catheters, but in August 28, I went back to work under the microscope and I call Randy again and toll him that, that job was very stressful for mi vision and it was very hard for me to work every day in that position, that if he can look for another job for me, and he toll me to speak to manager un the factory and I did, but he toll me that it was the only job available at the moment and I went back to work, at 11:00a.m. The Agent from Kelly Services, call me out of the job and toll me that my assignment was over, and ask me to give him the keys and any company items. So when I when to the unemployment office, to reopen my case, they denied my claim because theyre saying that I quit the job. And now because of that I havent had no income since then and Im a single person, with no other income. I file an appeal but is their word against mine
